Although I have yet to be welcomed or greeted when I've come in this store, I can tell they are always busy. I wish the employees at this store would make more of an effort to be friendly, smile, and just be pleasant. If I felt as welcomed as the cookies taste, this could be a 10 star review.“

“I feel like this is honestly one of the best bakeries near my house, and it has quickly become one of my favorite places to order desserts from. Everything about this bakery is so cute and charming, from the decorations to the overall atmosphere. The interior is absolutely adorable and feels so cozy and welcoming every time I visit. Whenever I’m craving cake or something sweet, this is always my first choice. Their cakes are seriously delicious, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into making them. One thing I really love is that the cream is not overly sweet like many other bakeries. The flavors are balanced perfectly, which makes the desserts even more enjoyable. Everything tastes fresh, light, and high quality. The only thing I would say is that the prices are a little high. I do understand why because the cakes are beautifully made, the ingredients seem premium, and the whole experience feels special. Still, I wish it could be just a little more affordable so I could order from here even more often. Even with the higher prices, I honestly think the cakes are worth it because the quality and taste are amazing. Overall, I absolutely love this bakery and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for delicious desserts and a cute atmosphere. “The cookies and customer service were excellent. The cookies were fresh, and the staff were extremely friendly and patient, as it was my first time in the store. They also helped me sign up on the app, so I got a free cookie and it took no more than minutes. 10/10 will definitely be coming back“

“First time ever coming to Crumbl and all I can say is the service was excellent. Yes we did have our 2 month old newborn with us and the lady thought she was the cutest but her service was amazing.
