“I had such a wonderful experience at this Pretzel Factory yesterday. My son's daycare was celebrating teachers appreciation month and it was our turn to bring a snack. My husband determined that soft pretzels would be a good idea to bring for the teachers. We got to the location around 8:00 a.m. and there were already three or four people in line. When the nice cashier heard us talking about a pretzel tray she let us know that it typically takes a day or two before they can fulfill those kind of orders. She then gave us several options to be able to take to his daycare that morning and a menu for the trays to take with us for the future. We ended up getting the largest order of the pretzel rivets/bites and two dipping sauces...then we get some regular pretzels for ourselves for breakfast (lol). I wish I would have gotten her name. She truly made me want to come back with how kind she was to us! The pretzels were on par with the soft pretzels I'm used to from the establishment. This will always be my Pretzel Factory location. I'd like to try their ice cream next.“
“I want to first start by acknowledging the extremely helpful staff members Sharron, Tammy and John. My parents and I were shopping for artificial Christmas trees and found the perfect one but couldn't find the box on the floor. The only tree available was the display and luckily we were able to buy it. The 3 staff then proceeds to help taking the tree apart, looking for boxes to fit the pieces into and load them up and take to the register. Tammy, Sharron and John went above and beyond. My family and I are truly Appreciative!“
“Auntie Anne's are the best. Every location is great. The Springfield Mall location at 1250 Baltimore Pike, is great, good service. Great selections to choose from I give 5 stars for that. 2 stars the reason is that your not able to see them prep the pretzels any more. 2 stars not that many cashier's at this location. Everything elsewhere is great.“
“My family used to call this bakery “The Crabby Woman Bakery” back in the 1980s. That’s because at least one the regular women who worked behind the counter was unusually crabby. I used to ask my parents to pick up a birthday cake that I had ordered ( or for whatever occasion) and I would cook the dinner for my extended family. My dad would arrive with the cake, but he always seemed a little unhappy. One day, I asked him why. He told me “whenever you send me to that bakery, I always tell the woman behind the counter that I am picking up a cake that my daughter ordered. I give the woman your last name…..she becomes irritated and asks “I need to know the size of the cake and the cake and icing flavors”. When he admitted that the only thing he knew was the last name, the woman would become very annoyed. This should be a short pit stop always turned into a very long process. The bakery woman would always figure out which cake was mine but it took a lot of time and many questions. Eventually, my dad changed the bakery name to “The Crabby Woman Bakery” and that’s what my family ( and friends) called it for the Emanuel years. The baked goods are all AWESOME. Especially the sour cream cookies and strawberr6 shortcake!“
“From the tasting to after the wedding, Bredenbeck’s was amazing! The cake came out EXACTLY how I expected it to. It was beautiful! And it tasted amazing! All of my guests really loved every layer (each one was a different flavor). We had a small issue with the filling but Bredenbeck’s rectified the issue right away and took accountability! I look forward to visiting them for another cake order in the future!“

There are also many types of pastries and bagels. Many of the items are vegan. I really like them. The pastries are delicious. Everything and the salt+rosemary bagels taste a little salty to me.“
“It is hard to articulate the artistry that went into the creation of my very special birthday cake but the Night Kitchen Bakery did it. I had a special birthday this year and some great friends were flying in to help me celebrate. I had traveled with these friends and had many wild experiences, one of which was a very specific picture this fantastic bakery not only replicated flawlessly but made it oh so much better. Yes the cake photo attached is a cake - a DELICIOUS mocha cake that was as good as the artistry was on the outside. If you want a delicious cake, they're the place to go to. “Just moved into the neighborhood & decided to take a walk. I saw this tucked inside a little shopping center & now I regret it. Should have stuck with Dunkin Donuts bc after eating an everything bagel w/cream cheese from there, I’m addicted. I almost walked back for another one it was that good AND I don’t want to be addicted to another carb. Lol. I more than likely will get my fix tomorrow. Great customer service & very friendly. I have a new bagel place.“
