The stuff that really jumps out is anything that combines the savory and sweet. For example, they did this... savory rosemary pound cake thing with a whipped lavender ricotta icing that is among the best single bites of anything I've ever eaten. I was also completely shocked how much I loved their cacio e pepe tart. Very inventive, very European, but hearty and flavorful, not fussy and delicate.
