“Had never heard of the place, just stopped on a whim. Like say, Panera, it's a soup ,salad, breakfast and deli. All their sandwiches are named after Pure Breeds. Dog videos and photos abound. I had chili and their take on a cheesesteak wrap. The food and atmosphere was great. Tasty and filling.“

“My family used to call this bakery “The Crabby Woman Bakery” back in the 1980s. That’s because at least one the regular women who worked behind the counter was unusually crabby. I used to ask my parents to pick up a birthday cake that I had ordered ( or for whatever occasion) and I would cook the dinner for my extended family. My dad would arrive with the cake, but he always seemed a little unhappy. One day, I asked him why. He told me “whenever you send me to that bakery, I always tell the woman behind the counter that I am picking up a cake that my daughter ordered. I give the woman your last name…..she becomes irritated and asks “I need to know the size of the cake and the cake and icing flavors”. When he admitted that the only thing he knew was the last name, the woman would become very annoyed. This should be a short pit stop always turned into a very long process. The bakery woman would always figure out which cake was mine but it took a lot of time and many questions. Eventually, my dad changed the bakery name to “The Crabby Woman Bakery” and that’s what my family ( and friends) called it for the Emanuel years. The baked goods are all AWESOME. Especially the sour cream cookies and strawberr6 shortcake!“

“We had a wonderful experience working with Tess and OsoSweet Bakery! My friend and I ran the Tough Mudder held a few miles away, and thought it would be fun to celebrate our success with a sweet treat. We ordered 6 custom cupcakes (and two scones, because who doesn't love a scone?!) and got a prompt and lovely response from Tess - she even made two different frosting flavors for us since we couldn't choose On the day we were due to pick up our order, we were running late and Tess assured us we could come after closing to grab our sweets. Come to find that in addition to the TM decoration we'd asked for, she also decorated some of our cupcakes with the TM logo to differentiate between the frosting flavors. And the scones are huge! Everything was delicious and the perfect way to end our race. Plus the shop is ADORABLE! We were sad we didn't have more time to visit and hang out there! Thank you again, Tess!“

“I have ordered from these guys/gals Quite a bit. Every sandwich has been epic. This place is amazing. From the Jersey shore breakfast sandwich to the my cousin Vinny and the turkey club. You get quite a bit of food and it's beyond delicious. The workers are super friendly and beyond nice. If you want a vegan version of the best sandwiches you have ever eaten love again local Is for you.“

“By far the best bakery in the area. Their pastries, croissants, cakes, cookies, breads and some prepared items are outstanding. Great ingredients and a good display of culinary creativity. “As a late birthday gift to myself I took a trip to my local Crumbl Cookies. Not knowing what to expect, despite purchasing cookies in the past, I went in to try this week’s cookies. Boy do I have an opinion on this shop specifically. From the perfect location on Main Street to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere this place does it the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they will always ask if you need any assistance or recommendations whenever you come in! Parking is not as bad as it may seem for the location as they have parking in the front, side and in the back. Enough of the general building and environment and let’s get to the good stuff; the cookies. I tried the Twix Shortbread cookie and when I tell you that was phenomenal you better believe it!!! I got carryout so when I arrived I got the order SO fast and even got the chance to talk to some lovely workers. They told me about how a day in their life is and how they run Crumbl. Did you know they have REAL cookies on the display board?! Enough of my excitement there but the cookie itself was good, even though the weathers cold I would get that chilled cookie again.Overall I would have to say,Customer Service: 10/10, whether you go in the morning or at night I always interact with the sweetest workers!Cookie Quality: 10/10, absolutely DELICIOUS. The cookies are beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of work into each individual cookie.Atmosphere and presentation: 8/10, I only rate it so low because of the lights. Recently they have made the chocolate chip cookies relatively less expensive with the price going down by at least a dollar? “This has been one of my favorite treat spots for as long as I can remember! I love that they rotate flavors weekly and seasonally, it always makes me excited to go and try something new. Everyone there is so friendly and it always makes my day going in. The shop itself is cute and has seating so if you have time to hang out it is a great spot! “The Bookstore Bakery is a delightful addition to West Chester! We loved browsing the book collection, eating delicious cake, and meeting the friendly owners! Our favorite cake was miso carrot-- absolutely divine. We were elated they they carried most of our favorite sci-fi, fantasy, romance, and YA authors. Hope they might expand with some small tables with chairs in the future!“

But they gave me a great suggestion and they iced beautiful cupcakes for me while I waited. They went out of their way to help me. “Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous, beyond our expectations. They did an incredible job. The cake itself was ok, rather dry. They provide a fresh top tier for your first anniversary. We picked ours up & it was so beautifully decorated (I thought it would just be plain). But the cake was very dry, tasted stale, no flavor. I couldn’t even finish my slice. We threw the rest of it out. Shame.“

“Had an amazing experience for our child's birthday party. We reserved the playroom for our 3 year old and his 8 friends plus parents and some babies. The kids (ages 1-4) all had a blast in the play area which had a playground, lots of toys, and endless entertainment for the entirety of the party. They could have played there all night! There was plenty of room for all of the kids to sit and eat at a table and for the adults to relax and mingle. There was also plenty of room for us to setup food, beverages, and coolers in addition to what the bakery provided (pizza, juice, cupcakes). The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! We definitely recommend for a memorable experience.“

“Best cakes ever… and the cream cheese frosting is divine. I must say though that the young girl who checks out customers is not cut to be in retail. Looks miserable, never smiles, and doesn’t say thank you nor bother to welcome patrons on arrival. Been there each Friday and the same girl is borderline rude. “Such a cute little place with honestly some of the best sweets I've ever had. We got chocolate cupcakes, one of each available cookie and an apple turnover. The cupcakes are like clouds and the frosting is perfectly sweet. The turnover was soooo flakey and the filling was perfect. And the cookies were golden brown and just a little gooey inside. Sooooo good. Absolutely going back. My one piece of advice to anyone going, GET MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED. You'll thank me later.“

“Loading was super fast,very tight to maneuver a tractor trailer specially with all that construction,I believe they have 3 docks if u are coming in and see another truck in the docks do it self a favor and back in from the street because u have no room to turn once inside, I know it sounds crazy. No place to park or overnight, but I think u could park in the street.“

“I have always loved the pretzel factory but today was just so amazing, clansi who was the girl who helped me was super informative and so helpful and so unbelievably sweet. So hard to come by these days, it’s almost unreal. I would recommend going to this pretzel factory over any of the others because of customer care alone!“

“My wife loves a vanilla double malted milk shake once in a while (or if possible everyday). We now have new go to place to get one or two of these. Sweet Lucy's makes the best around, and they have some good competition. I did not get the name of the young lady who made this for us yesterday, but Meg Hurst knows. “My mother & I came here for breakfast while we were waiting for my chinchilla to have a procedure done at the vet close by. Wow! We both had the Waldorf salad. I had mine on sourdough bread & she hers on a bed of lettuce with the tarragon chicken salad as well. Absolutely amazing. The chai latte was also great. I did not catch the barista’s name, but she was very helpful and friendly as well. All around great experience at the elegance cafe!“
