The sandwiches are fresh. I had the St. Bernard and added mayonnaise. It came with Dijon mustard that I didn't care for because it was sweet. I wiped it off the second half of the sandwich which made it much more enjoyable for me. The sandwiches come with a choice of plain or jalapeño chips. Sandwiches are delicious! I had the Newfoundland and it had the right amount of spice I was wanting. My husband had the Jack Russel, which he liked very much. I recommend this place!
