Had bone-in sliced ham on the menu. Manager refused to prepare it for me. Said it was too expensive and they only do it when the hams are old. It's never been a problem at the other honey baked hams
We've always gotten ham there & it's been great!
Got a turkey breast today, and it was REALLY dry. When I called up to complain, they said that it's not returnable because of the packaging. After all that, all I got was an "I'm sorry"...
