As a late birthday gift to myself I took a trip to my local Crumbl Cookies. Not knowing what to expect, despite purchasing cookies in the past, I went in to try this week’s cookies. *Update* I received a call from the Manager who received concerns and assured me of all the safety food standards and laws the kitchen and products being used go through. While the owners are not available she will be in touch with them shortly about this and has offered a refund and thanked me for my current and future business.3/5 only because I dont think the owner takes his customers seriously. Overall a great store with delicious cookies. However, when I complained about sub par cookies (I am a loyal customer) the response I got from both the employee who answered the phone and the manager left a bad taste in my mouth.
