When one opens "une vraie pâtisserie" it helps that the owner is FROM France, and also knows what the hell they are doing.Hailing from Lyons, Mme. Catherine exceeded expectations when her doors opened; lord knows she gave Yori's a scare by taking 20% of their business in the first few weeks. Stopped in after mass for a croissant and couldn't resist picking up a loaf of bread for the week! The employees were welcoming and genuinely kind. The atmosphere is lovely but not overdone. The croissant was perfect in every way- I'll be back to try more of the delicious looking offerings!

By far the best bakery in the area. Their pastries, croissants, cakes, cookies, breads and some prepared items are outstanding. Great ingredients and a good display of culinary creativity. If you are lucky enough (it’s a seasonal item) DO NOT miss their caramelized pistachio eclair, you will be hooked.
