My wife and I stopped in for lunch yesterday and chose to sit outside. After we were seated, we were given water, which was a nice start. I asked the gentleman what he recommended, and he quickly said “the salad” before rushing off.
Unfortunately, that was the last interaction we had. We sat there for over 25 minutes and no one ever came back to take our order or check on us. During that time, we noticed other tables being attended to while we were consistently overlooked.
