Had dinner at Pietro's last night. The food was absolutely fantastic. The Martinis delicious, and the service impeccable. Highly recommend this place.

The steak is fine. The sides are mediocre, veggies over cooked. The service is very slow. Our waitress was amazingly sweet, nice, and tries to be attentive but definitely empty drinks, waiting for more, too long between courses. It is very noisy which is fine because it’s a bar but the prices are more upscale dining prices so it’s a little strange. We had a nice time but I’m not sure it’s worth the money. Nothing was necessarily wrong but nothing was that great either to justify the price.

Had a great day and wanted to splurge with a beautiful outdoor dinner. We went early. It wasn’t busy. Had to go in and ask for another drink because our waitress went MIA. Food was simply average. Steak was expensive for an average steak (took leftover home for my dog). I’m a business owner in the borough so I don’t write this lightly. It was like our server could have cared less and was annoyed when we had to flag her down. When paying those prices, the food should be great and you shouldn’t have to get up and go inside after being deserted to find someone to help us with another drink. I’m in the service industry. I still tipped over 20%, but sadly we won’t be returning. I could live with the average and over priced food. I’ve had better service at most local diners on a jam packed breakfast rush.

Pietros prime I loved food and service. Came for lunch had the lobster bisque and Pietros prime salad which was delicious. Salad had Tenderloin tips, roasted red bliss potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, and veggies atop mixed green with a roquefort and balsamic vinaigrette. So glad I am working nearby this I think will be my favorite place.

Enjoyed the light fare and energy near the bar last night. Food was good although I thought the Kobe burger was not as juicy as expected. Best pear martini anywhere with 100 miles!

We had a great weeknight experience. The food was delicious, the cocktails were superb and the service was excellent. No need to go beyond West Chester for a classic steakhouse night. Looking forward to going back.

I guess I don't understand the concept of "Fine Dinning" anymore.I must admit, the steak I ordered was very well prepared and presented as were the sides and desserts. However, the service was abominable and the noise level was absolutely obnoxious!We waited a fullnhour between ordering and getting our entre. Our waiter was AOL most of the time. My "steak knife" couldn't cut my steak... after 3 attempts at getting one that could, I gave up and asked to take it home in a box.The noise level in our room was to the point that my wife had a sore throat from shouting across our small table.When I pay as much as we paid for our dinners I expect to DINE, not just eat.Unacceptable. We won't be back.

Dinner was the best I have had for a fine dining experience in years. Our server Stephen was amazing, full of helpful suggestions and cooking temperature options for our meal and specialty drinks. We were celebrating 32 years of marriage and it was the perfect place to enjoy such a celebration.Highly recommend this experience. Thank you!

Awesome experience. We were a party of 5 for a business meal. The food was excellent! Our server Stephen was prompt and very knowledgeable. Especially about wine. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Onion soup was yummy. Prices were very reasonable for a steak dinner. Highly recommend.
