The people working in this bakery were quick, pleasant and friendly. I interacted with 5 people and had the best time with each person. Now for the cake!!! I asked for a five year old girls request which was a red and orange mermaid cake. The results far outweighed my expectations. The cake was beautiful! I ordered my husband's cake from Clay's and it was delicious!! It was strawberry layer cake with strawberry filling and it was nice and moist until it was all gone. Our family loves extra cake for a day or two... and until the cake was gone, it was just as moist as if it was just picked up from the bakery. I just wish they were open more days throughout the week. However, the cake was so good, my mom will be ordering her next event's deserts from Clay's and so will I!
