“10/10 experience! There’s so many cute desserts and drinks to choose from. I got the “matcha delight” which is matcha, coconut milk and lime. It was so good I can’t recommend it enough! I also got the little bunny cake with was like a layer of cake, a layer of strawberry pudding and a layer of mousse. It was so cute, relaxing and cozy inside with plenty of seating. Also plenty of parking in the front and back. Staff were super friendly and I will definitely be back!“

“I love what Happy Mixer has to offer generally. I'm already a faithful customer But, I recently did a custom order where I asked if they could make their chocolate dipped butter cookies as just butter cookies with sugar. It was something I wanted to try on a hunch I had about my past Christmas memories... Happy Mixer made a cookie that tasted exactly how my dad used to make sugar cookies at Christmas time. I can't thank you enough. I can have those cookies again, and I haven't had cookies like that since I went gluten free. Wonderful! “I was in the area and decided to pop by to try a thing or two. Not knowing anyone who had tried them before I stuck to the small, individual sized items…browned butter chocolate chip cookies, morning croissant and some pizza dough. It all comes frozen but I had other places to go so some started defrosting in the car. Here’s my review of each. Cookies - I don’t like ANY chocolate chip cookie that doesn’t have nuts in them. I usually wouldn’t even buy them, I decided to try these because of the browned butter. I had one in the car before I got home and they were AMAZING! I shocked myself at how much I enjoyed them. They were soft without being chewy, a feature I hate in cookies personally, and had nice crispy edges, even after defrosting! The taste, texture and everything about these defied all that I thought was possible with a gf cookie! 10 out of 10 Pizza dough - since it was defrosted by the time I got him I decided to make a couple mini pizzas. I used half the dough, I bag will easily make 4-5 personal sized pizzas. I thought I had rolled it too thin as it started to break apart so I made it a little thicker. It rises while cooking so when I do the rest, I’ll leave it thinner for sure. Because other gf pizzas seem to have such difficulty cooking in the city I was concerned when I saw these rising. But they cooked up beautifully! It was soooo nice having gf pizzas seem that had the taste and texture of traditional crust. I appreciate suppliers for having the option available, and some are better than others…but the Flakely dough is the standard now! I’ll never buy another gf pizza, whether it be a restaurant or a market. 10 out of 10 Morning croissant - I put this right in the freezer so I haven’t tasted it yet. But it looks phenomenal! They described it as a cross between a cinnamon roll and a croissant. You can’t go wrong with that combo as a general thing but given how the cookie and pizza dough has tasted, I have no doubt this will be terrific as well! Run, don’t walk, over to their shop and let’s make sure they’re around for the long haul. Just beware, they might spoil you against some of your existing faves!“

“Corropolese Italian Bakery in Audubon is one of those places you walk into and instantly know you’re about to get something good. The smell alone—fresh bread, tomato sauce, and pastries—hits you before you even get to the counter. Their tomato pie is a local legend for a reason—it’s simple but perfect, with that sweet sauce and soft crust that keeps you coming back. The fresh hoagie rolls and Italian loaves are top-notch too; you can taste the difference compared to store-bought bread.

If you’ve got a sweet tooth, grab a few cannoli or cookies—they’re fresh, delicious, and make a great treat to bring home. The service is always friendly, and the place runs like a well-oiled machine even when there’s a line. I love that it still feels like a family-run bakery even though it’s become pretty popular. “We hosted our son's 1st birthday party at Le Mignon and it could not have been a better venue. The owners were so kind and extremely accommodating. We brought our own catering and drinks, as well as had a balloon arch and backdrop set up. In addition to the pizza, juice boxes and cupcakes included, they also helped us completely re-organize all the furniture in the store to fit our guests' needs. We had the whole playroom completely to ourselves and it was awesome. All the kids loved it! Highly recommend. I also included photos of the playroom before set up too to show the layout.“

“I was introduced to these cookies years ago, and they have become my go-to choice for special occasions for many reasons. First, they are absolutely delicious! Second, I appreciate their business practices. Just yesterday, I ordered some cookies, and although they usually ship the next day, they weren't able to get into the shop due to the ice. I received a thoughtful phone call from a man named Mike. He informed me that they typically do not ship on Fridays, but given the inclement weather, they would be making an exception. “Love this little bakery! It's a hidden gem. They carry many authentic Mexican food items and its the only panaderia I can find in the area. The service is always exceptional. During my last visit, my twins were being rambunctious, and the employee gave them a free treat to distract them while I finished picking my items. I got a few cakes and a few bundtlettes and they staff was so super helpful. I didn’t preorder them but they attentively packaged everything and answered all of my questions. However, I wouldn't recommend the Barbecue Korean pizza, and the pastry with the hash brown was a little dry. But the good thing is, they offer a way to warm things up. There are tables to enjoy pastries both inside and outside, and they also have a good selection of coffee!“
