Bowl portion sizes are ridiculously small. Came here a month ago and the supervisor even tried to charge me double meat when his coworker made my bowl a normal portion. Once I told him it's not double meat and I didn't ask for that, he instructed his coworker to watch his portion sizes when making them. Came back tonight and my bowl was half full and I'm still hungry after eating. Seems like they have a goal to portion as little as possible while overpricing their food to begin with.

Update. I went back thinking they would improve. This is the worst Chipotle ever. They ran out of rice at 5pm. Service was poor, no ice and dirty. Asked for more ice and no one came out to fill the depencer. After 10 minutes I just left. Trash cans overflowing with trash.

Skip this chipotle, just find a different location. The rice was undercooked to the point it was crunchy, and on top of that there was a bug inside of my bowl. Do not come here.

No veggies, no meats, stale chips, cold queso.
Asked for veggies and they said no. Asked if there's any coming.... They had to tell the back. Said it would be five minutes. It's been fifteen, still cooking. Long line now of everyone waiting. Why would you not cook the ingredients you were running low on? This is the MOST BASIC part of the job.
Rude service. Slow. Helped another guest before letting me pay despite having waited FIFTEEN MINUTES ALREADY.

The nastiest place to eat in Ardmore!! Came for the Macros, left with a Friday night date on the toilet. Carne Asada taste like it's boiled in two day old hot dog water, and every ingredient is problematic: either overcooked rice with too much oil, undercooked black beans, peppers and onions burnt to the crisp. Staff are careless, incompetent, and rude. Trash is overfilled, and tables smeared with sauces. Avoid the bathrooms because they never get washed. This place is a dump, all the residents know it, and it shows on the health inspections. Ardmore Chipotle is the worst!!!
Update. I responded to Chipotle and reached out to them like they asked so they can help. It is a waste of time and effort. They responded by email saying that they will tell their team to stock ingredients. Should not be up to the customer to inform them that their restaurant doesn't serve salad. They've successfully lost a customer.
I arrived at 11: 55 to get lunch. They open at 10:45 and they did not have the salad ready. Does not take much work to open up a bag of greens. She told me to come back later. Needless to say, I'll just go to Trader Joe's and grab a salad. It is not difficult to have greens on hand.

Went to Chipotle on my lunch break — horrible attitude from the staff. How are you THAT miserable. Youre gonna catch an attitude just because I’m listing my toppings one by one so you don’t mess up the order I'm paying for ? Your attitude was so bad your coworker had to tell you to chill out and stop REPEATEDLY and you still messed up my order. THIS COULDVE BEEN DUE TO AN ALLERGY, not even just bc I don't want something. Then you continued to shout after I had already walked away. girl, you’re on the clock, not me. Fix your attitude — life will be a lot easier for you. There’s no reason to act that way, especially as a grown adult.

Terrible! They had no chicken and no steak, only very tough carnitas. Staff was not pleasant, didn’t seem to care that they didn’t have food. The place is disgusting, tables were dirty. Totally filthy and the floors were wet. If they can’t wipe off tables imagine how dirty the area is where they cook the food? I will never go to a chipotle again. For the price one may as well go to a nicer full service restaurant. Horrible. Makes me sick thinking about it.
