Worst Chipotle I've been to. Slow service, everyone looks miserable, and the portions are always varied on who is working the line.Once got there an HOUR before closing and they had already put the chairs up, put away the food, and had very limited availability. AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING.I always wish there was another chipotle closer to me and go here hoping that maybe this time it will be different. It never is.Only go here if you you are about to die of hunger and have no other options.

I walked in this location and it was trash on the floors, tables and seats. It was absolutely disgusting. The area where they prepare the food was disgusting as well. Decided to leave and not get food. That place needs a new staff that cares

First off, the place looks like a disaster. There wasn’t a single open table that was clean. They all either had food on them or dishwasher racks. Secondly, the service was terrible. My coworker and I were the only ones in line and we waited roughly 5 minutes for the person that was ignoring us to acknowledge we were there. Lastly, the men’s bathroom was occupied for the duration of our time there, roughly 30 mins. I’m not sure if the person was asleep or OD’d on heroin, but the lack of concern makes it seem like it’s a common occurrence.

Wish I could rate it lower than a 1. I've stopped here a few times since it's close to my house and I always think it will be better. They are always out of everything and I think just pick and choose what then feel like cooking that day. They are rude and the rap music was so loud that they couldn't even hear what I was asking for.

After waiting 30 minutes in line, my first mistake, got to the front and this place was out of quac, white rice and queso at 5:30 at night. I mean, the phone order area was stocked but they wouldn't give those items to customers in ordering in. There was one person making food for customers in line and one for takeout. That was it. Spend your money somewhere else.

The worst chipotle I have ever been! All tables are so dirty and disgusting. Fountain soda taste horrible (i dont know how?) food is cold, and taste like nothing. Workers have attitude to customers. Never visit seriously!!!

Absolutely awful. Teenagers working there could have cared less about accuracy of orders, customer service in general and definitely cleanliness. Tables were all dirty. Trash was overflowing. Disgusting.
I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location due to consistently rude and unhelpful workers. The staff's lack of courtesy made the dining atmosphere unpleasant, overshadowing the potential enjoyment of the meal. I hope the management addresses this issue for a better customer experience. their food is always over cooked and cold and can never seem to have proper timing with their kitchen. sad

This is probably the single worst chipotle in all of Pennsylvania. I cannot express fully in words just how bad it is. The service is either slow from low energy employees or lack of staffing. One thing consistent though is just how unwelcoming the store is. The employees, after months of attempting to eat here, are always observably borderline suicidal or looking like they want to quit. They will hold sideline conversations at the register and make your payment process go from 15 seconds to 2 minutes.When you go to order it's rare you will understand what the person behind the counter is saying because they don't speak at a high enough volume to be audible. The store itself is also just always messy and without cleaning service. Old rice and sauces cover all the tables and benches. I went back here a month ago and left an empty soda cup and crushed bag on a table and came back 6 hours later with a friend and they were in the same spot unmoved. This is also the only chipotle where food isn't just cold, it mainly doesn't exist. They will run out of steak for example mid day and never cook anymore until they open again the next day. If you order rice when the container if half empty they will give you basically nothing and what you do get is crunchy and teeth breaking. When you show up over an hour before closing they already begin to seal up all the containers and get angry when you make them take the lid off the guac. Also dont bother with fountain soda. 75% of the time half the flavors are just water. Overall if I could I would give this dump 0 stars are personally recommend it gets demolished and turned into a Moes or other local venue.

Probably the worst chipotle in existence.Apart from the counters being always dirty, meat/rice looking dry as in kept out too long this has some of the most obnoxious and rude employees.The woman who worked Sunday 29th October 2023 between 2 and 3pm ( there are only 3 employees there so should be easy to identify) is not only rude after getting in arguments with 2 customers in a row, she also took close to 10 mins to finish putting things together. Apart from her constant sarcasm and rude response, her nonchalant attitude was the cherry on top.Last thing I want as a customer is to be treated this way. Chipotle needs to do much better, especially this one.

I’ve been to better Chipotle’s…The atmosphere of this particular restaurant greatly lacks…no music, hardly any customers, cleanliness, etc. The store just opened and the fountain drinks weren’t cold and it wasn’t stocked with ice. The customer service here is also unpleasant and the employees act if they don’t want to be here.
