Convenient location right in Ardmore but parking is REALLY tough and tight. This spot is best if you are on foot!

The layout is straight back and narrow so it can be hard to get to the order counter if the store is busy. Other than that I liked itParking: There's a line of parking spaces down the entire strip with a parking lot across the street next to the Firehouse.

Drink taste watered down , no sugar , and no milk . Smh every time . Went in there to try to have it corrected and they all looked at me like I was stupid . Like I wasn’t speaking English . I low key think they are racist because they wouldn’t treat an whites person like that , they would correct the drink so fast . But since I’m black they want to give me a hard time . I know racism when I see it .

First time in to this location. Extremely poor customer service. I had an issue with a coupon that did not come off on the app when I submitted my mobile order. My mobile order submitted before I was ready. There is no option to cancel. I asked the employee to void the transaction so I could redo it or simply honor the coupon. She said there's nothing she can do. I asked to see a manager. Manager never came out. An older female employee came to the register to stare at me. I asked if she was the manager, she just stared at me. She told me there's nothing she can do and to reorder. I didn't need a second drink. She walked away giving me dirty looks. This was an extremely easy fix in the world of customer service and they fell flat. Finally the original cashier begrudgingly honored the coupon...which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1...but this didn't need to be such an awful experience.
