My first time ordering from El Limon and I went in to pick up my order. It was handed to me in a stapled bag. Got home. Pulled it out and it was missing 2 items--one dessert and chips. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up, called again and spent the entire time we were eating our meal on the phone with the restaurant, only to receive too small of a refund. I called again and was told it would be resolved last night. The food was excellent but I can't say I'm ever going to eat here again. Customer service definitely needs some help.

The food is phenomenal and I would recommwnd to anyone. My one and only minor comment is that I order about once a week from an online delivery service, I always select that I would like forks and knives, and I've even started to leave a note that I would appreciate some plasticware in the bag. But it never comes with any. It would be so fantastic if I didn't have to think about dishes on delivery night, thank you for reading :)

Such a hidden gem!! I LOVE mexican food and El Limon didn't dissapoint. I've seen their store before and never thought about going until my mom told me about it. They have alot of locations as well, so if you haven't give them a try nows your chance. Definitely recommend their quesabirrias! Delicious!!

After being a faithful customer for almost two years, a waitress screamed at me today. I ordered my dinner in person at the small counter in the back. An older woman handed me my order - when I get home I realized she gave me someone else’s order. I called, and the same waitress informed me I could get my food. I left my home and went to El Limon.
Upon arrival, the waitress asked me to return the previous order because “lenga [tacos] are expensive.” I explained I didn’t have the food, it was at my house and I wanted my meal. She refused. She then proceeds to yell at me that the food is expensive and I need to give it back because someone else ordered it. I asked for a refund, and was finally given my food.
I understand lenga is an expensive meat, but she handed me the wrong order after I placed the order in the restaurant. She kept screaming the meat was expensive - but it couldn’t be reserved to another patron. The restaurant made the mistake - not me.
This was bizarre, I’ve never had this happen at another establishment. Occasionally mistakes happen, but demanding the food back seems unsanitary. Did they think they could just serve that to someone else?
