When I tried to order a large BBQ chicken pizza, the DoorDash app did not offer size options (the way it does for all of the other pizzas on the menu). So, I tried to write a note in the request portion to get a large 16 inch pizza, expecting them to charge me appropriately for the requested addition. Instead, they sent a small pizza with a very angry note scribbled on the box. When my husband called to ask about the note, the person who answered the phone cursed out my husband and called him a motherf***er. Why not call me if you have any problems? Why not charge me more for a large pizza instead of cursing and screaming? This has been our go-to place for pizza, but we will never order again.

Horrible customer service. The people are straight up nasty. Unless you enjoy being insulted and talked down to, I would stay away from this place.

This is classic wood fired pizza. Great sauce, great cheese, and perfect char on the crust and undercarriage. Far better than any other pizza in the area. If you dont like char on pizza just dont get it.

We absolutely love the pizza here! It’s always perfectly cooked—just a good, classic, rustic pizza done right. The service is consistently excellent, too. They’re quick, efficient, and focused on getting your order in and ready without any hassle. Plus, everyone is always so friendly when we come in to pick up—warm, welcoming, and they make you feel like a regular. Even after moving out of Ardmore, we still make the trip back to pick up from here. It’s just that good.
