I ordered off the Saturday lunch menu 1pm for delivery. Sweet & sour chix $6.50 & 2 order of the Chix wings $7.50 = $21.50. They charged me $28.50. I called to question the $7 over price. They said it was TAX ??? & DELIVERY FEE. I ask the driver for my change. He refusing to give change & keeps it. $9 fee for delivery. Lack of intergrity & dishonest. Imagine how many people they do this too unknowingly being swindled. I will never order here again.

After ordering take out from here several times, I've never had a bad experience until today. I ordered dumplings and bean curd soup, and found strands of hair in my steamed dumplings. I called and explained the matter with the receptionist and asked for my money back. Once the manager arrived to refund my money for the food back, she took her bare hand, took the hair out of my food, and argued me down about what was in my food. Instead of understanding that their shouldn't be anything in my food except what I ordered, the woman was extremely defensive. Bad customer experience!

The food is just as good as any takeout-focused Chinese restaurant out there. What sets them apart is the consistently great service they provide while in the store, and how friendly they are.
Ate here a while back. Decided to give this place another try. The shrimp fried rice and vegetable rolls are good.

For years we have ordered from here every week. My kids love it. The restaurant next door which has same owners is better and more "gourmet" but for take out - this is exactly what the kids like. Super traditional take out Chinese food. Always comes sooner they say it will. Very busy. Great customer service. My only complaint is that they don't have a computer that keeps track of where you live based on your phone number. In 2018 it would be nice if they could solve this minor but annoying issue. They will change things to order, if they make a mistake they will fix it, you can use cash or credit card.
