The three star rating on the atmosphere is just factual. But who expects anything more than that when they go to a pancake place? It is an IHOP. It was clean, cheery, bright and the food was delicious, as expected! I have been going to the same IHOP since 1987. When my kids were growing up, we came at least 2-3 times a month… for 20 years. I don’t think I have ever had a bad meal. When my son was 10 years old, he threw up all over everything. Their response? They moved us to a different table, cleaned it up, and brought us all fresh food. As far as I am concerned, perhaps I could eat a more healthy breakfast, but I could not possibly eat better pancakes!

I still don't understand why a member or non-member is paying hotel prices at Thousand Trail camp sites, and yet the guests are still expected to clean their cabins. Please, somebody at Thousand Trails, explain this!On a positive note, the atmosphere is beautifully quiet. The check-in office is nice, but they struggle to provide additional toilet paper for the cabin. This is weird and funny.Things are changing at places like Circle M. 4 and 5 year old children in the whirlpool, etc.Need more security at the pools etc.

The gentleman who showed us to our seat was very nice but we had to ask him several times to go back & get parts of the meal that we had ordered. For example, I ordered a side of bacon which was advertised in the menu as four pieces. He gave me two and I had to ask him to please get the other two slices which he did. There were 1 or 2 other items that my boyfriend who was dining with me had to ask him to go back to get which he did, no problem but my point is that all of the items should have been served from the start. The women's bathroom was horrific! The lighting and flooring need work. The environment needs a lot of attention. The ambiance was dark and depressing and a fresh carpet would not hurt. To the waiter's credit, however, he did bring sugar-free syrup that I had asked for at the beginning.

Parking: Entrance to the parking lot was one-way and a little difficult to find a spot.

Our waitress took custom orders from 5 people and wrote nothing down. Got it all right. Right down to who got decaffeinated. Impressive

I tried to have breakfast there with my family but the people who were in the front to welcome us didnt even look at us, they ignored all others clients that were waiting. They just pretend there is no one there. In the end, we left and didnt eat because they made us feel like they didnt want us there - is the client facing team treat us like that, what about the food?

Eating here today made me not want to ever eat at another ihop again. The waiters were great but the food wasn’t all that. It was super dirty in there i sat in there for about a half and hour before I seen mice running around. They were running around the place like they own it .

I see why white people don’t like us .How you guys going to workin in a neighborhood like this & have those types of attitudes . I moved out of Philadelphia so I didn’t have to deal with this type of customer service .First off I walked in and the ladies all looked at me then looked away .I ordered online and when I got there to ask if my food was done I was told “ I don’t know “ with a shoulder strug . She was black women with a short cut and was wearing danskos .Then I asked a light skin tall woman for ketchup and she was tying to act like she didn’t hear me . She walked away .Everyone in there had EarPods in , how can they hear us ?I’m not returning to this ihop . These women don’t even like they job .I do not trust them with my food .

Without an IHOP near us, we picked this one over the few others in the surrounding area, and we weren't happy with the outcome. The restaurant was very rundown and almost appeared to be vacant from the outside. The parking lot was very cramped. Inside was far from clean, and the booths were ripped to shreds and missing foam, so they were very uncomfortable. I could go on, but simply, it's not a location that I would recommend.

The man's room was out of order. And a fresh coat of paint. On this i ask for waffles was told out of waffles but we had pancakes . Question is that the same mixture??? Yes i did enjoy my self after surgery.

The place is a bit run down and understaffed but the manager was gracious and nice and food excellent. Best omelet ever.

The seats were super beat up and the food was cold for every person. It had a weird odor in there too and the eggs had an odor on them :/ We seen a few people walk out as soon as they stepped in. I wouldn’t visit this location.

I’ve been coming to this particular IHop for about 8 years, loved this place & swear I never went to another. But I admit I haven’t been in about a year, so I’m unsure of what happen to this place. Maybe IHOP isn’t the IT place to eat anymore. Enough rambling, I went into ihop Sunday Oct. 29 with my 3 sons. Place was pretty empty. The man at the front looked annoyed immediately. He never greeted us just ignored us. A few minutes later a young girl walks over… same thing. Like we aren’t even there. A line builds. 3 families behind me. Only two table occupied and everything else is dirty. Two women in the back continue to laugh and joke and ignore the line and now doordash pick ups. After a 25 min wait we are seated(I wanted to leave, but family wanted to stay). Our waiter was also one of the cooks. He was nice. The other two waitresses were back and forth in the bathroom giggling. The rude guy from the front desk who I assume is the manager appeared off and on assisting his employees… I suppose. Later a toddler knocked a glass plate over on to the floor and it frightened her and she began to cry. The two women darted off into the back. And when mentioned that there was broken glass by the father the young waitress brushed him off. It sat there for 10 mins before dad cleaned it up himself using his hands. Soon after Our food came out. It was gross. Had hair in my 6 year olds drink. And red liquid in the eggs. We chose not to eat it. And tho I was extremely furious. We decided not to make a scene. We paid and tipped our amazing waiter. And left our food to the mice & maggots… they’ll get it before they go over there to clean the tables.

Our server was great. The food wasn't wonderful, hash browns were burnt and the crepe tasted like it was cooked on something with burnt food on it. All we had for silverware and napkins was a little plastic set with a tiny napkin.
