I’ve been to this insomnia a few times and have had pleasant experiences all the times that I’ve been here. The staff is always very nice and friendly. The cookies are always fresh and tasty too. My current favorites are the chocolate chip cookies and the Chai latte cookies from here. Would definitely come back again in the future.

The cookies at this location are different from other insomnia locations & not in a good way. I swear they’re skimming the dough bcuz the size is smaller than the typical insomnia cookie. As someone who bakes there’s other things wrong but it’s just speculation so I’ll chalk it to a bad batch (of various flavors).

So expensive for such a small cookie.
We ordered delivery for 2 cookies and it ended up being $30 total. The cookie was delivered in a small pizza box but I was just a normal sized cookie. I figure for $15 per cookie that it would be at LEAST 6” across, but it was very tiny.
Cookie was alright, but you’re better off just doing it yourself, as it’s cheaper to buy a whole tub of icecream and pre-made cookies.

Older man , Im guessing the owner was rude and uptight. He was the only worker on a Saturday at 7pm. Then he didn’t even want to give a box, he’s clearly a cheap owner.

I ordered a cookie cake for my daughter and was really disappointed with its appearance for $31. I will definitely go back to the Bryn Mawr location next time, much better appearance.
We ordered two scoops on one cookie, I asked several times how this comes our to the price charged. I was told its just the system, this is the correct amount. I should have refused the order and asked for a refund immediately. We will not return to any location.
