The food is good but the guy working the store wearing glasses and kinda chubby was very rude to me barley acknowledged me and when he did he looked annoyed very unprofessional not coming back again I’m going to a different Jules next time please be more professional to ur customers and I’ve seen him blantly ignore doordash drivers and act rude toward them too they would ask for the food and he would just not acknowledge them and than would finally notice them and I don’t know that just threw me off the wrong way because they are people working too

I have been GF for about 5/6 years now due to a severe allergy and I have not found one place that didn’t make me sick until I found Jules..not only do they have Gluten free options but the ingredients are so clean and genuinely tastes amazing. It’s the small things in life but this place has truly brighten my world knowing I now have another safe food place to eat at!

Nice little find in Ardmore. Popped in to grab a few slices. The Brooklyn- cheese, parm ch, garlic & a little red sauce. Very good, although the undercarriage of the crust was inconsistently cooked. I had to try the Nashville Hot - Nashville hot chicken, mozz. Ch, spicy ranch & pickles-pretty good, chicken was a lil dry and there was definitely some spice to the ranch. I am not normally a thin crust person, but it's light and tasty enough that I would definitely come back.

Lunch time was terrible. The Brooklyn pizza cheese wasn't melted , they had no paper plates to offer . The womens bathroom had poop stains on the toilet seat . Then the salad I paid 14$ for had nothing but lettuce in it . 2 tomatoes and 5 cucumbers. They ranch dressing tasted watery and sour . The only good thing was the damn cookie. & A manager who only apologized. No refunds or anything.

How come the weekend staff isn't as good as the week staff . I come 2xs a week. Once during the week and the service is excellent and then on Saturday nights I come back. But the service from the afternoon is terrible. Dirty chairs and pizza sauce stuck to tables .

3.5 stars for first visit. I’d like to go back again maybe at a different time. The pizza was actually great and I like the place and concept. The service was so bizarre, though. I felt like I was speaking Martian. I also asked about a pizza that just finished and was told there would be no more made, only to see it being laid out a few minutes later? No eye contact, no signs that what I’m saying is understood - just very strange. I want to be careful and mindful just in case there is something I might be missing and should give grace for… I am just confused and hoping it is a one off

I've been GF for almost a year now and I haven't had pizza since I became GF. I decided to give this place a try because they are affiliated with Lovebird GF chicken and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. This was delicious. I ordered the Nashville hot pizza but you can be sure that I'm going to try them all. If you are GF and would like to eat pizza again, this place is worth the trip. They even serve GF desserts by happy mixer. Living a GF lifestyle can be challenging but I'm grateful to places like this that make really good food. I will definitely save this to my favs. I also wanted to add that this place is clean and the staff is super friendly, what more could you ask for.
