Don’t have soap and toilet paper in their restrooms. I asked the woman working there and she said they ran out of it. She then rudely left. Seriously people? Does it mean that their employees don’t wash hands?????

They’re usually pretty good with their order but I think they maybe hired a new staff for Mondays and sadly she had messed up my order. I didn’t realize she messed up the order until I got home. I wasn’t sure if it was worth the drive to go back so I had to leave a review.

The bubble tea here is ok. It’s not the best bubble tea I have had (discovered after I started trying bubble tea elsewhere). The location is good, and it attracts a lot of college students in the area (at least when I was in the area a few years ago).Surreal Creamery on Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr has better bubble tea.

Bubble tea was tasty but we came to play a game and there were no tables. They have such an open space that's just so negative and not cozy.
Can't go wrong with Bubble Tea, just forgot to request half of the sugar amount because other kung-fu tea locations always asked. Other than that they still have good bubble tea.

Best bubble tea spot in Ardmore! They could work on the interior a bit, even though I know most people get their drink to-go. It feels a bit empty and neglected. That aside, the bubble tea itself is always made to perfection! My go-to order is the classic Kung-Fu milk tea with boba and regular ice, 30% sweet.
