Visited 4500 City Ave location. Daughter loves the Orea Wow Boba Teas. Stated, loved this locations taste the best. Staff very friendly, with great decor. Will patronize again.

This Kung Fu Tea spot is pretty good, it's never crowded, the bubble tea tastes great and everything is done is a timely manner. I honestly visit this spot multiple times a week.

One of the female staff have bad attitude toward customer. I bought 10 large cups, yet they put in only 2 bags. I ask for another bag and the lady staff throw the bag on the counter.

Don’t have soap and toilet paper in their restrooms. I asked the woman working there and she said they ran out of it. She then rudely left. Seriously people? Does it mean that their employees don’t wash hands?????

I ordered the honey oolong and it was expensive and gross
They’re usually pretty good with their order but I think they maybe hired a new staff for Mondays and sadly she had messed up my order. I didn’t realize she messed up the order until I got home. I wasn’t sure if it was worth the drive to go back so I had to leave a review.

The bubble tea here is ok. It’s not the best bubble tea I have had (discovered after I started trying bubble tea elsewhere). The location is good, and it attracts a lot of college students in the area (at least when I was in the area a few years ago).Surreal Creamery on Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr has better bubble tea.
