Lentil & Co. is a fantastic spot in Ardmore on Rittenhouse Place. Two awesome women run this luncheonette serving homemade salads with lentils/quinoa combos and classical salads also. Vegetarian and meat based add-ons are prepared on the spot. Delicious options with anything you choose and you gotta try the fresh pressed juices. 4+ stars.
Could not ask for more heart healthy and soul healthy food. So fresh, healthy and tasty even my picky 13 year old loves it! I cannot get wait to go back.
