March, ambulanced to ER with a serious injury at Club; never reached out didn't care. My membership went before club's went up. Disabled, can only walk 100 steps, on 19th, 8 months later after PT 2 torn rotator cuffs more than 50%, hips twisted, pain medication gave me a stroke, Dr said my muscles were starting to atrophy. I came back to lifetime to swim. I would have to walk half the length of the gym to get to woman's locker room and then back to get to pool. Or walk 75 steps through family room to get to gym. manager would not let me use the family locker room so that I could get to the pool. Would not give me the steps needed to get permission, manager was condescending. Then he said I was threatening him with a law suit. Finally, when I asked him who I needed to talk to get permission to use the family room he gave me a name. Could have avoided whole conversation if he was polite, told me the new rule and who I needed to talk to get permission. Not handicap accessible. Kept insisting that the family locker room is not for handicapped. Even though family locker room has two bathroom showers to fit wheelchairs and one with seat. I didn't pursue a lawsuit the LEAST they could have done is say sorry that this happened and not pay for all the months that I was too injured to go. For the first two months I was too injured to leave my home OT, came in to help me bathe, PT to help me be able to leave my home for outpatient PT.

if you have a medicare plan that includes a gym membership, this is NOT the gym to join. 95% of their Aurora classes for seniors require you to "upgrade" to join, at another $100.00 per month on top of the $100.00+ that your insurance pays for, the other 5% of the offerings are undesirable, at undesirable times, and are always booked out weeks in advance. It is a total rip off to seniors. Ive not been able to use any of it because I'm a working senior and they make it impossible and unaffordable.

I am from Tucson AZ. I can honestly say some of the front desk women haven't been the nicest to me and then I spoke with Val from membership services. He changed my opinion because he showed kindness! I have a few health issues no one would help me with and he did! He was understanding and even thru the phone you could hear the smile on his face. You need more people like him! Give the guy a raise! In AA we say it's attraction not promotion" he is attracting people with his kindness and service. I almost left but he made it easier for me and for that I am grateful! Thank you Lifetime for hiring him and his enthusiasm! I still wish the pool was filled with more water tasted less salty and scrubbed the dirt off but other then that a great place and thank goodness for Val!

I waited for my order for about forty minutes. In the end, I went to the counter, and they charged me, but never actually prepared the food. Then they claimed that I had paid for my boss — what is going on??? I had to call him, and he showed proof that he had already paid for everything. Only after that did they agree to make the food. This is just awful.

Lifetime recently acquired the business of Five Seaons and three of the locations. They have decided to "focus their efforts" on two locations, while closing the Dayton location with no explanation and very little notice. As a long-time member and part of the community, the decision to shut down has deeply impacted many families, including mine. The closure of the facility will have significant consequences for so many of us. Families who have relied on Five Seaons for fitness, childcare, and a sense of community are now faced with a difficult void. Parents will lose a safe, nurturing environment for their children, and individuals and families will no longer have access to the fitness opportunities that have become an integral part of their daily lives. Additionally, the friendships and sense of belonging that have developed within our community will also be greatly missed. I understand that there are challenges in business, but I wanted to take a moment to share how much Five Seaons has meant to so many of us. It wasn’t just a place to work out—it was a place to connect, grow, and build relationships that extend far beyond the walls of the gym. The loss of this space will leave a significant gap in our lives. Even if Lifetime were to reopen in the future, it would be difficult for the company to stand up to the sense of community and connection that was built over the years. The relationships, the familiar faces, and the culture that were created are unique and irreplaceable. The closure has left many of us feeling not just without a fitness center, but without a second home and support system that we’ve come to rely on.

men don't belong in womens lockers

Jason Clover

Well apparently they let men that "identify" as women use the woman's locker rooms. You want your wife or daughter in that environment?

I had an awful experience. My nephew was asked to join their swim team. The coach said he did not need a club membership, he only needed to pay $250 a month for the swim team. He showed up, got changed and in the water. The coach came up to him, in front of EVERYONE, and told him to call his parents and leave because he wasn't allowed. What a terrible thing to do to a child. He didn't know the back story and thought he was in trouble. This should have been handled better. Maybe allow him to swim and address the issue after class. Don't allow him through the facility doors, into the locker room, into the pool...and then when the entire class is there, shame him. What is wrong with the staff...and coach...And the coach should have known they needed a $500/month membership along with the $250.
