Lifetime recently acquired the business of Five Seaons and three of the locations. They have decided to "focus their efforts" on two locations, while closing the Dayton location with no explanation and very little notice. As a long-time member and part of the community, the decision to shut down has deeply impacted many families, including mine. The closure of the facility will have significant consequences for so many of us. Families who have relied on Five Seaons for fitness, childcare, and a sense of community are now faced with a difficult void. Parents will lose a safe, nurturing environment for their children, and individuals and families will no longer have access to the fitness opportunities that have become an integral part of their daily lives. Additionally, the friendships and sense of belonging that have developed within our community will also be greatly missed. I understand that there are challenges in business, but I wanted to take a moment to share how much Five Seaons has meant to so many of us. It wasn’t just a place to work out—it was a place to connect, grow, and build relationships that extend far beyond the walls of the gym. The loss of this space will leave a significant gap in our lives. Even if Lifetime were to reopen in the future, it would be difficult for the company to stand up to the sense of community and connection that was built over the years. The relationships, the familiar faces, and the culture that were created are unique and irreplaceable. The closure has left many of us feeling not just without a fitness center, but without a second home and support system that we’ve come to rely on.
we don't have AC at the group fitness studio in Houston, is ridiculous...we have a very humid and hot weather the whole year. it used to be different...such a shame
Samah Jaber is an all female fitness instructor with Lifetime Fitness in Illinois. Samah refers to H"m"s terrorists who m""rder"d and r""ped c""untless women as “freedom fighters”. Would YOU want to be trained by a H""m""s cheerleader like Samah Jaber?

They serve Peet's Coffee which is decent. They have a nice selection of flavor options. Bright cherry environment.

men don't belong in womens lockers
Well apparently they let men that "identify" as women use the woman's locker rooms. You want your wife or daughter in that environment?
I had an awful experience. My nephew was asked to join their swim team. The coach said he did not need a club membership, he only needed to pay $250 a month for the swim team. He showed up, got changed and in the water. The coach came up to him, in front of EVERYONE, and told him to call his parents and leave because he wasn't allowed. What a terrible thing to do to a child. He didn't know the back story and thought he was in trouble. This should have been handled better. Maybe allow him to swim and address the issue after class. Don't allow him through the facility doors, into the locker room, into the pool...and then when the entire class is there, shame him. What is wrong with the staff...and coach...And the coach should have known they needed a $500/month membership along with the $250.

Racist, wouldn’t recommend. Obnoxious worker who cleans the tables and chairs. Racially profiled and followed until your departure. Don’t support.
Terrence is the man, also to the man complaining about soggy chicken tenders… For sure don’t be a grown man eating chicken tenders ?
By far the worst place i have ever eaten at in my entire life, i ordered chicken tenders it came out soggy not hott and not crispy, room temperature and soggy i tried to still eat it because they charged me 12 dollars for it but i felt my stomach turning as i ate the 1 chicken tender. It was actually almost insulting that they would charge 12 dollars for soggy chicken tenders it honestly just tasted like regular frozen chicken tenders that someone put in the microwave still frozen then cooked it and the girl at the cash register was rude and awkward looked at me like i had 3 heads when i asked some basic questions. Never go here EVER TRUST ME!
It’s a good place. The coffee is delicious
