This place is AMAZING, it is HANDS DOWN one of the best ice cream shops in Ardmore, maybe even is PA, I recently learned that they use different ingredients for their ice cream, not the fake stuff sold by Dairy Queen, Ben and Jerry’s, all of those companies. I met the owners and they made my order with immense passion and focus, and I just love the design! The bathroom look great, the vibe is immaculate. And overall, this place is a 10/10!!!

The soft serve ice cream served here is some of the best soft serve I've ever had in my entire life. My wife and I are huge coneseurs of vanilla soft serve and we are always on the hunt for a better soft serve, dairy swirl in vernon, NJ used to be the number 1 soft serve, in my opinion, but now Lu & Augs have just taken the reigns. The only thing better than the soft serve here is the service. I was greeted and taken care of by an excellent employee named Sofia whom was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She was even able to accommodate my dairy allergic son with their vegan soft serve ice cream which was excellent and you couldnt barely even taste a difference (I also want to mention that the 2 other girls working at the time were also extremely helpful, kind and courteous while they helped get my order together, unfortunately I did not get their names) I will absolutely recommend this place to friends and family because not only was the ice cream amazing the service and environment was top notch aswell. The owners should be extremely proud of their employees, because I will be returning solely based on their performance and my overall experience while getting ice cream with my son.

I usually don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but Lu and Aug’s is changing that! Their soft serve is perfect — smooth, creamy, and well-balanced. Between simple vanilla to their more extravagant specialities, Lu and Aug’s has brought something different and delicious to the Main Line sweet treat scene. I especially look forward to their seasonal flavor drops. My favorites so far have been lavender earl grey and just yesterday, chai spice. I actively look forward to seeing what flavor they are going to come up with next! I also recently tried their hot chocolate which was yummy. The staff is super friendly and service is quick, even when they are busy (which is most of the time!). Definitely recommend visiting this great spot in Ardmore.

The soft serve ice cream is great! They offer only one size for their specialty flavors, but they have a nice assortment of toppings and a short, yet delicious, menu.

I asked for an ice cream sandwich and was told they only make them on special occasions. What kind of special occasion do I need? When I told the employees that I got obe about 3 days prior, they told me that was a mistake and they'd have to tell their employees not to do so again. It's an ice cream shop, and ice cream sandwiches are a staple. I'd love to hear a rational explanation, but I won't hold my breath
I have read some of the reviews that were one star. I do agree it could be faster. I do agree that I also cannot stand the Wooden Spoons. However, when I read about how it tastes artificial or not prepared well and it's just soft serve I want 100% disagree. It's not fake from a carton Frozen treat mix it is made what's the highest quality ingredients. Therefore you know what you're getting and it is delicious. Glam Jam is my absolute favorite and I must try. So if you're unhappy with a wooden spoon and how slow it is, bring your own spoon like I do. And knowing that it is well worth the wait won't matter. If you're impatient hit up a dairy queen and take a look at ALL of the ingredients in their mix. Keep on doing what you're doing because quality and consistency will win every time.
