That's is the worst McDonald's that I ever been. The manager and almost all the employees were on their phone. Arguing between all then including the manager. They gave my food to someone else and took then another 35 minutes to prepare my food. The owner can check the Cameras between 4:15 pm and 4:50 pm. 12/10/2024

The supervisor working Friday, December 6, 2024 at around 1:30pm was extremely ghetto and unprofessional. She literally threw my food at me and than had someone follow me to my car. To not do your job properly than try to intimidate me is sickening. You do not know who you messing with so stay on point. She’s going to be the reason something bad happens there

Terrible location take forever to get your food. Half the time, they are out of something, and the rest is poorly prepared. I ALWAYS lose money ordering on mobile. They say it's not their problem and I haven't once been refunded.

Over greasy fries and burgers, like extremely saturated in so much grease, the buns fell apart. Do not recommend stopping at this one.

Latisha Blair is the WORST person I have ever encountered. She had the nastiest attitude. Wouldn’t give me a refund back because I didn’t want my food anymore AFTER she snatched it back out my hand when I asked her for my Food hot

I placed 2 separate orders to get the most of my McDonald's app the 1st placed order was not filled properly after missing an item in the order 2 of the workers gave an attitude about the order. Wasting the customer time, I'm not the one being paid I picked fast food for a time crunch and it was not fast.
The fries had little to no taste not what normal McDonald's fries taste like

Standard McDonald's food so nothing to say about that. However, the service is way below what you could get from other stores. I placed the order via app for pickup, and then at the drive through lane got stuck there for more than 5 mins. No one care to talk to me at all. Finally a guy told me drive to the pick up window. Stuck there for another solid 3-4 mins, in until a blank face guy starting to pass me the order. He had completely no conversation with me, although I was trying to tell him my order number. He was as silent and mechanical as a robot. Not sure what's up with this store but a few times I was here, I have never seen anybody smiling.
