AWFUL!!! Apparently a new owner and I’m disappointed. Ive eaten at this location hundreds of times and was never let down. Today I was craving it so I ordered a “large” bowl, and it was half the size as all the previous ones I’ve had. It had no flavor, to the point where I needed to add my own sauce when I got home. There were less options than the previous owner as well. I definitely won’t be going back anymore. Disappointed !!

We had alot of poke bowl many different places before, and this place is a disappointment. Poke bowl was not good. And the guy that worked there, he didnt seem to enjoy being there ?.

The last two times I've been to Pokeono, I've been very disappointed. I've known this place since 2018 and never had any of the guys been so rude, they always have been so nice!! The guy who was taking the orders; the first time just looked at me angrily and didn't say anything, Just singing with himself!!! Today, the place was empty and he was sitting and when he saw me he just breathed with annoyance, and he didn't say anything. I had to greet him and even so he kept looking at his phone and looking for things in the fridge.I don't expect to be served immediately, I always wait, but I don't think his attitude is correct, and also that he was looking at their phone while he was working with fresh and raw food. I just saw him few weeks ago but he is really rude.

I’ve ordered from this place before in person and it was delicious (even with selecting numerous sauces). But this time the rice was completely DROWNED in sauce. I even had to pour the liquid out to make it somewhat edible. But I ended up just picking out all of the fish and toppings.

I ordered a build your own poke bowl using Uber. My bowl was missing ingredients and was saturated with sauce despite my request for them to be left on the side. Even with the sauce, my bowl was bland. The veggies didn’t taste fresh and had a fishy smell even though I didn’t order fish. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
