Ordered 2 mini sesami bowls today with bbq chicken and rice, 1 brown and 1 white.The brown rice bowl had zero chicken. I called and explained to the girl on the phone and she apologized and said they would make me a new one right now. I drive back and the owner or manager says he personally made it and proceeds to show me a video on a cracked iphone of him supposedly making the bowl and has the nerve to say he put extra chicken in it. Completely lied to my face. I will spread the word to never order from here again. Very deceitful and terrible way to conduct business over a 7 dollar bowl. Be ware.

The service is perfect. Attentive and they greet you quickly. They do have a parking lot and you would pass them if you didn't know how good the food truly is! Flavorful and not heavy sodium. Freshly made and the dumplings were great! I enjoyed the bowls in this open space place with view of the kitchen (bonus). I would definitely return and try another bowl-- it truly doesn't matter what you pick, there is a reason they have such high star ratings.

Everything I have tried has been delicious from the tots to the made to order bowls (I have yet to find a combo I don't like). I've only had takeout so I don't know much about the dine in experience, but we have never had issues with our orders.

Meh. Cold cooked broccoli & zucchini on top of warm rice. Rice was super mushy. Tofu was good though. Overall I'm not impressed.

We tried it out due to the effusive reviews. Walked in and it was sweltering hot, which was really strange, as it was hot outside yet cooler outside than inside. Unless you ordered online, you were going to sweat to put in your order. A very nice young man greeted us and showed us how ordering worked. All the tofu is deep fried, there is no other option. The tea automatically comes sweetened - even though it doesn't say so on the menu - and the staff wasn't certain what it was sweetened with. If we knew the tea was sweetened beforehand we wouldn't have purchased them. The food tasted good and there was a lot of it so I can see why people really like this place. The sauces are phenomenal. But it's probably not enough to bring us back.

I tried the Sesame Tots, Vegetable Spring Roll, and Make Your Own Bowl. Loved the crispy spring roll and spiced tofu. I wouldn't get the soggy sesame tots again.
