Ordered from here today at 5:15. Employees managed to get every aspect of my order wrong. Love Shake Shack but this location is horrible; they can never seem to get a simple order correct.

I’ve had good experiences at other Shake Shacks, but this one is a total disaster. The wait was obnoxiously long, and it’s no surprise considering the overcooked burgers. My three-burger meal was burnt to a crisp—completely inedible. The buns were smashed flat, like they’d been stepped on. It’s clear no care was taken. The staff here is inept, and the food has no craft. This is a complete fail on the ideals of the company. I’m never going back to this location, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs. No one else should have to go through this.

Good food. I liked the chicken better than the burger but both were pretty good. Tool the family there for lunch. The shakes are delicious. I had to order on a kiosk so they lose a star for that. For what they charged, they should have taken my order. I also had to double check because they left out a burger and a French fry.
