Lord have mercy is this food goooooddd.
I ubered the food to my house so idk the staff but when I tell you this is the best chicken sandwich i have ever had, I MEAN ITTTT.

Staff members working there have absolute 0 customer service. I waited over 30mins for an order, all they kept saying was giving me the runaround it's not rdy. Finally they ended up saying they dnt have my order. This all happend at during the evening. They all laughed and giggled like if it was all funny. waste of my time. Disgusting service!

Can’t decide whether you want a burger or just a piece of salt to lick, but know for sure that you want something served lukewarm by a place that will consistently omit at least one item from your takeout order? Well then, my friends, this is your place!

I’m a big Shake Shack fan. This one is nearby and it took me three bad experiences to be disappointed enough to leave this review.

Me and the table next to me tasted our drinks at the same time and they were disgusting. The oil in the chicken was rancid, chicken dry enough to be barely edible. I watched my shake melt on the back counter for 10 minutes cause the runner was overwhelmed.

It was a blinking red light that things in this kitchen are not clean, not at the right temp, and the bad attitude of the staff point to a managerial issue.

I would be a repeat customer but this was the last visit for me. Time to clean house (literally) and figure out why the staff is slamming/throwing food down on the counter.

Props to the one woman (cashier/counter) who was fighting for her life back there.

Location is a bit dirty- only one person working cashier, bagging delivery & to go.
Super poor management. 5people in back, 3 cooking one walking around… one single female working register— YIKES.

It is 3 in the afternoon probably the busiest time because kids are out of school. How is it that you don’t have a bathroom to be used that someone’s not going in and cleaning it up and making sure there’s a restroom for everyone when you have a place that serves food And have dining in??? They are not offering wipes for your hands before you eat since you can’t go into the bathroom and a the kiosk is filthy and you still have to pay for food😱

Limited street meter parking and it's very hard to get a spot. Food is good but the kitchen is a bit slow. The store closes too early (9PM)

They were busy so the service was lacking, which I can understand.

Both of our single smash burgers were burnt, not over cooked…burnt. When you are spending $10 per burger you hope and are expecting a good burger..it was not.

On my lunch break trying to get something to eat thought it would be a good idea to go to shake shack but I guess not .. went there and tried to use the order machine but it wasn't in service.. ive ask the young lady can I do an order she said that they weren't taking orders or doing cash .. and proceed to tell me to u the order machine.. I told her they were hogging the machines and im on a short time frame.. but its cool though it seem like there was enough time to laugh and joke but not enough time to take an order ..

Terrible customer service in Admore . I made a mistake with an order and they won’t be able to fix it .

The shakes are good, Rootbeer float was good & the chicken bites we're really good! A little on the pricey side but a nice change.
