Sofie's BBQ offers an incredible exceptional gastronomical experience! We ordered salmon with rice pilaf and tiny pieces of jalapenos (an exceptional balance) and duck accompanied with mac and cheese, cornbread, Cole slaw, and pickled onions and cucumbers (amazing!). Not only is the presentation of the dishes a work of culinary art, but the flavors are from another world. The place is very cozy and the service is impeccable, pleasant, and excellent. Sophie's was excellent. Their food comes in generous portions--one dish could feed 1.5-2 people--and the service is friendly. I'm very happy to see the restaurant back on its feet and will be looking forward to coming again! It's a lively, louder atmosphere, which is great for a fun night out but may not be the best for an intimate date.
