So grateful to have Stoltzfus in the community! Their meat is fresh and delicious! Heading back today to get all we need to make bone broth ;-) I want to share how especially touched I was around thanksgiving. I was in search of a wishbone for my children. I called 9 local butcher shops. None could help. I messaged Stoltzfus and they explained how fragile wishbones are but they would try.
