Tired Hands Fermentaria Tap Room

My wife and I had an incredible lunch at Tired Hands today. To our surprise, we reconnected with an old friend, Chef Chris, who is now running the kitchen. He stopped by to chat and shared how the team creates rotating specials every two weeks, which really shows the passion and creativity behind the menu.

The food here is absolutely amazing! This is not your typical bar food. Every dish had thought, care, and flavor that you rarely find in a casual setting. Pair that with Tired Hands’ one-of-a-kind beer, and you have a spot that truly stands out.

Big thanks to Chef Chris and the entire staff for making the experience so memorable. If you have not been in a while, do yourself a favor and stop by. You will not be disappointed!

Great beer!

I’ve been enjoying these beers in the can for some years now, so it was a real treat to come down to the Fermentaria and get a fresh pull. These folks do not disappoint! I enjoyed the Hop Hands and Alien Church, two of my faves, and they were superb in the glass. Amazing french fries too, which these folks have the taste and sophistication to serve with mayo — didn’t even have to ask. I will definitely be swinging by here again when I’m in the area!

A friend had told me about this place, so I was in the area and had to check it out. This is fantastic. Really great craft beer and the food is awesome. Really laid back place and the customer service is top notch.

This place treats us like Kings and queens everytime we come. Worth the 12 hour drive. If craft beer is your thing. This is your place you need to be.

Tofu burger very tasty

Tired Hands is a good stop for a brewery that's just outside Philly. Do their Alien Church IPA and their double smash burger and fries. They keep good hours, too.

On our 29th date, my sweetheart finally took me to Tired Hands, his local brewery. I had been introduced to the beer earlier -- my sweetheart can be counted on to bring a cooler filled with TH beer to any gathering. Yes, this is very generous, but I think he also wants to make sure that there is least something on the menu that excites him. Ii was certain that the only type of beer that I loathed was IPAs, until he introduced me to TH's citra IPAs. All of them are lovely, and it was fun to see where it all takes place. Our table had the cubano and fish tacos. All were delicious.

Great beer, good food, simple atmosphere. I had the smashburger and fries and was very happy.

Fiancé and I started off with an Alien Church and the Plumage for myself. Both were great, she ordered a second and I switched and went with the Swirlie which is 1/2 Extra Vanilla Milkshake and 1/2 Crushable Only Void, think black and tan! I ordered food off of the special menu and got the Teriyaki Burger and let me tell you it was absolutely the best burger I’ve had in a very long time!!! Perfect flavor combos, this kitchen has it going on!! She got the half of chicken and was very happy with it. I just couldn’t stop talking about the burger, phenomenal!!! Will be back, FOR SURE!!!
