My wife and I had an incredible lunch at Tired Hands today. To our surprise, we reconnected with an old friend, Chef Chris, who is now running the kitchen. He stopped by to chat and shared how the team creates rotating specials every two weeks, which really shows the passion and creativity behind the menu.

I’ve been enjoying these beers in the can for some years now, so it was a real treat to come down to the Fermentaria and get a fresh pull. These folks do not disappoint! I enjoyed the Hop Hands and Alien Church, two of my faves, and they were superb in the glass. Amazing french fries too, which these folks have the taste and sophistication to serve with mayo — didn’t even have to ask. I will definitely be swinging by here again when I’m in the area!
