First time at Kelsey's after being recommended by a friend. Don't let the exterior fool you - it's half restaurant and half bar. We were seated in the bar area and it was super warm (temperature.) I'm always cold and I was comfortable but my guest was sweating. We ordered wings and a side of fries. Everything came out cooked well. I got the red garlic which I assumed would be a tomato based sauce but it was more like a thick vinaigrette with garlic. It was good but not what I expected. The up charged celery was four very small pieces, I'd recommend skipping it. Service was good and the fellow diners were par for the course in NEPA. I would go back for the wings again.Parking: Very small, cramped lot. Some overflow parking across the street. Almost got hit by a car crossing to the restaurant because driver wasn't paying attention in the dark.

I ordered catfish. It tasted murky. (If you know, then you know) I was told I could order something else from the menu but I had to pay for it. I didn’t trust the cooking so, I didn’t want anything else. I payed. The manager and server got an attitude and didn’t deserve the tip that was added to our bill. Horrible food and horrible service.

My wife and I came in from outa town and just wanted a nice hot meal and a couple of drinks and i was pleasantly surprised by the amazing staff and food here. Tim our server has been one of the best servers I have ever had and has been super accommodating and patient. Best service and amazing food. Everytime I come back to the area I am coming here!

So glad you asked!! Server was outstanding. He had about 13-15 tables and he rocked it. Friendly, accurate, not intrusive and best personality. It was our first time there, but not our last. A hidden gem. Food was outstanding. Loved the black and tan pizza..my son had the best pretzel and burger and my haddock tasted fresh from the sea!! Wish I had dessert, but ate too much. Just a great place...just loved it!

Trivia Nights are usually Wednesdays starting at 6 pm. I have personally tried most of the menu items. I can assure that the food is good. If you plan to go on a Trivia Night I recommend a reservation or try to get in by 5:30. Personal sized pizzas, Stromboli. Cheese steaks. Chicken Fingers. Salads and Soups. Fish and Chips. Sheppard Pie. Hamburgers to order and several other dinners and appetizers are also on the menu.Parking: Handicap ♿️ entry is located in the rear from the paved lot. Front entry is located on the deck facing the street.
