Stopped by AVVA tonight after a light first dinner to try some of their dishes and support a new business! The food was perfectly seasoned, fast and friendly servers. They said they should have their Liquor license in May. Go support them, it’s a whole new atmosphere from Luke & Mikes - lovely!
We’ve taken a meze plate, highly recommended! Pitas were soft and juicy, babaganoush was just the right mix of eggplant bitterness and that true smoky Mediterranean flavor that was so finger-licky! Hummus was so fresh and delicate! But the true star was Trikafteri, take two!
For the main dish we had mix grill for two, which was large enough for three, I guess. Everything was delicious, and I especially loved lamb skewers.

Excellent food and atmosphere. Service was top notch. I had the chicken. My wife had the branzino. We also had the baba ganoush. I thought the chicken shish kebab was the best I’d ever had. Kane was our server and he took good care of us. Parking was easy in a nearby lot.
