Love the store and the owner is very nice and helpful. I just moved here from Ithaca so it’s nice to have something similar but smaller than greenstar. Though I just had a very odd interaction there. I just stopped before work had spent around 150$ on various items. As I finished checking out I saw the most beautiful malachite necklace and asked if I could do a second transaction to purchase this necklace- the two women I hadn’t seen before and BOTH of them couldn’t figure out how to ring up this necklace nor figure out how to calculate the sales tax and both told me to come back ? I just find it incredibly odd that neither of their brains put together could figure out how to run the register and check me out after I had already spent 150$ not even 5 mins prior at an establishment that you work at ??

I love to stop into 911 Earth when I need a fix of their dark chocolate covered raisins (or any of their other little treats like the Greek yogurt covered almonds). I usually also get my tea here since they have a great variety (much better variety than Walmart). I also usually get a facial toner here as well and I just love that everything is healthy / good for the environment! Everything is fairly priced in my opinion & there’s so much in such a smaller scale store. Stones/gems, jewelry, vitamins, essential oils, tea, grains, socks, snacks, and SO much more! I’ve always picked up a little gift for someone else while I’m in there bc there’s just a great variety of amazing products. Everyone is always helpful & kind when I’m there. Love it here!

One lady there short white/grayish hair was soooo helpful to me, went in looking for something to help with my depression/bipolar disorder (since I refuse to take anymore pills again) and she had so much information and recommended more things I didn't even think of or know about! She was such a sweet lady and we related about our depression problems etc it was really nice to see someone that is proof this disorder can be handled and you can feel normal again just takes time and patience and lots of self care and love! When running low on products you need to reorder them on a timely basis, and before you completely run out. You are in business to sell products aren't you? -- With popular products, order more based on customer demand. Have been in there several times looking for specific items, only to find out you are "out of stock" and can't tell me when those items will be in" I finally gave up, ordered them from Amazon using Prime and received them in two days, while your shelves sat there still out of stock!
