They make a delicious salad with so many options to choose from! Not many places around here that have such an array of options!

Rotating menu but always ensures there is something for not only vehans but something for everyone! Fresh food that taste good and shes always going out of her way to give us options that are exciting & not your basic black bean burger or salad.

Mad Hatter is the standard by which I judge a coffee shop. The atmosphere is unbeatable and there is no better place in the valley to sit and write or get some work done on a laptop. The food is top notch and the coffees on rotation are always a treat. I’m rarely in the valley these days, but when I am I make it a point to stop here as much as possible.

The Ramen specifically is some of the best I’ve ever had. And i’m saying that as someone that has been traveling Japan for the last month, so let me tell you, Zack’s ramen can hang with the best of them and you won’t find better in the valley area.

Amazing atmosphere, lovely options and very nice staff. QUICK SERVICE considering the amount of employees, a super sweet atmosphere with decorations. The garden is adorable and there are games and a mini playground for the little ones. Kid options for 'picky eaters' or kiddos without price gauging for it. I'm a 16yo and it's nice to have a trendy place to take my 3yo brother and mom that all of us enjoy.

Vegan options also available and marked. All noodles homemade and they buy from individual farms rather than corporations. Healthier, fresher and more loved food then anywhere else in the area for reasonable prices for single parents, college students, ect

Vegetarian options: Most meals offer meatless options and all vegetarian meals are marked.

Dietary restrictions: Keto, vegan, vegetarian and mediterranean options all marked and staff are very welcome to questions as it is all homemade. Little to not oil used

Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids and teens with an outside play area for 2-5yo and a garden full of flowers for teens and tween to explore. Free wifi for the more reserved teens as well

The case is absolutely adorable. There's a garden on the side of the cafe set up with tables. Their salads and teas are to die for! I'll be going back to try their ramen everything else on the menu!!

Cute wee tea room with the best ramen I’ve had in my entire life. They also have specialty teas and a wide variety of coffee options as well as baked goods. The lunch menu consists of salads and sandwiches but I definitely recommend the ramen! They have a paper slip where you can choose all of your ingredients in the ramen and the server was so helpful with giving recommendations with what flavors went well together. The outcome was delicious and it’s a big portion so I’ll be able to eat the leftovers and enjoy it all over again. I’m only in town for work training but I’m glad I chose to stop in to the mad hatter cafe.
