I recently visited Long Trout Winery as I participated in a book signing event and wow was I impressed! It's a hidden gem with many great wines and the design is a blast from the past! The one that captured my interest was the veggie wine Old One Eye. Never heard of a veggie wine before and hearing all the ingredients made me a little apprehensive, but I couldn't leave without having a sample. It was surprisingly good! I actually left with a bottle of it and a few others....
This place is a hidden gem. Easily the funkiest and most fun winery I've ever been to. That also acts as (mainly) a pseudo Beatles museum. They make a large number of wines out of all types of fruits and things you wouldn't expect or ever had. Most of them very good as well to my palette. Can sit outside and relax in a relaxing atmosphere. One of a kind.
