I just ordered from a steak burrito with double the steak and there was barley no steak just rice and beans as you can see,and the steak was dried out and looked like it was from yesterday's batch. I'll never order anything from here EVER AGAIN......

the drive thru needs a better system…. waiting 20 minutes for 2 cars in front of me to get their food, never attempted to have them park so others could get their food behind them, extremely unorganized and not efficient at all

I had my order set to be ready to be picked up at 8:50. I ended up leaving the store with my misprepared order at 9:20. Spent 15 minutes waiting at the drive thru. After no response, spent another 15 minutes inside. Staff was cleaning up early instead of serving orders. Finally got mine after other customers behind me getting theres first. Both of my entrees in my order were prepared wrong/missing items.

Disappointing experience. Staff seemed not bothered about missing items. I already filed a complaint online and got it taken care of but wow was this an eye opener.

Glad I paid for half of my order (other half was points) because this was a waste of money and time. This will be the last time I order from this store, even though the nearest one after this is 10 more minutes away.

Staff here is miserable. Worst staffing around the area. I been to all the food places in a 5 mile radius and they are the rudest people. They act like you are bothering them when you are just ordering food.

Don’t get me started with chipotle lane. They can’t keep anything in order. This place is sad . Must be a management issue. DO NOT COME HERE

Chipotle gets a bad rap for being stingy with their scoops but this location was super heavy with their servings. My son & I had 2 different servers and both gentlemen were very generous. Thanks guys!!! Would definitely return again!

We ordered close to their closing time. In spite of that, all ingredients were available. The bowls were fresh and tasted delicious. The employee at pick up was polite and friendly. All in all, a great experience

I would give 0. I have been going to this chipotle since it opened yesrs ago, and I don’t know what’s been going on recently - and just to mention I get the same thing everytime I go. This time I tried the spicy honey stuff - NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. They gave me food poisoning. I am here in the bathroom for the 4th time since I ate that bowl at 1pm ish, it is now 9:45. I tried to call the store but the number sent me to the automated customer service number to inform them and also get a refund… and the computer proceeded to tell me - their food saftey team will be “reaching out in regards to this soon”. I am genuinely in pain - I was late to a meeting bc of this AND if this is how I feel tomorrow, I don’t think I am going to be able to go into work. Over a burrito bowl. AND they forgot my chips. I will never be eating Chipotle again - I wish Quadoba was still over there.
