Just went here and was served by Monse (I hope I spelled that right). She was THE best and did not skimp on servings and was friendly and sweet.

I would give 0. I have been going to this chipotle since it opened yesrs ago, and I don’t know what’s been going on recently - and just to mention I get the same thing everytime I go. This time I tried the spicy honey stuff - NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. They gave me food poisoning. I am here in the bathroom for the 4th time since I ate that bowl at 1pm ish, it is now 9:45. I tried to call the store but the number sent me to the automated customer service number to inform them and also get a refund… and the computer proceeded to tell me - their food saftey team will be “reaching out in regards to this soon”. I am genuinely in pain - I was late to a meeting bc of this AND if this is how I feel tomorrow, I don’t think I am going to be able to go into work. Over a burrito bowl. AND they forgot my chips. I will never be eating Chipotle again - I wish Quadoba was still over there.

We showed up a full hour before close. They ran out of white rice and there was a lady who was putting chairs up at 10:08 so that possible patrons couldn't sit and eat. When I attempted to ask the guy behind the counter how to get into the restroom, he cut me off mid-sentence with his sassy little answer. After that as my wife and I waited for the rice to finish cooking, we watched the other counter guy scrape all the vegetables off the counter. The vegetables sat there on the counter while the other guy rolled a burrito right next to the pile of old dirty vegetable scrapings. Will never come back to this location.
Edit: I forgot to mention that the sassy guy got upset when a group of customers came in while we were ordering. He started throwing and slamming the pans back in the cooling system. He was trying to clean everything up and get out of there I guess, but the new customers threw a monkey wrench in his operation. His coworkers looked so nervous and embarrassed.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. The people that work here are MISERABLE. My husband has worked 10 years in the service industry and I 5 years. We understand having a bad day or mean customers making you have a bad day. I have experienced a handful of bad service in general, but this chipotle is the worst yet. My husband gets the most SIMPLE meal ever! Brown rice, Chicken, Sour cream, and cheese. he tips every time! But this time the worker decided to huff and puff in my husbands face the whole time. All because my husband asked for extra rice and didn’t want honey whatever chicken he just wanted regular which they were out of. THEY HAD AN HOUR TILL CLOSE WHY ARE YOU OUT OF CHICKEN. My best advice to corporate is to stop hiring these young CHILDREN and start food prepping better. Side note yes my husband did get upset with the employee but only after he got disrespected. this all could have been avoided but these workers are just too damn lazy! Mcdonald’s has better service than this!!!

Review drops to 1 stars, 0 if I could. After waiting in line for 20 minutes they told me they were out of ingredients and couldn't make burritos for another 45 minutes. The side had tons of ingredients being used for takeout but they refused to use them. At least tell people so they don't wait in line for no reason. Oh and cook more food to keep up with regular dinner rushes

Worst chipotle. I will not be coming back to this location ever. I'll take my loyalty to KOP instead. My order wasn't ready on time, missed my lunch break and to make it worst the attitude from the girl inside at the register and the boy at chipotlelane was abyssmal. Because of that, I have no desire to eat my food. What's the point of a pick up order if it's not going to be ready on time. Train your staff better!

The service at this location is terrible. The management is terrible. Nothing was prepared! As we’re telling them what we want on our order they were putting the wrong things on our bowls. They were out of all lemonade and we came and ate at 12:00! This was definitely our worst Chipotle experience ever!
This used to be a Qdoba which I like more but I go to this Chipotle at least once a week for a barbacoa burrito. The staff is always friendly and the burritos are huge even without rice!

Not even a 1 star. Was supposed to pick up order at 5:10 showed up at 5:15 and the worker was eating his own burrito bowl and hadn’t even started my order. That’s what lunch breaks are for
