Staff was friendly and responsive. Pleasant background music. I'm new in town, but this feels like the kind of place locals would frequent.

First Watch is our breakfast spot when we are in the Audubon area. Our trips are usually multiple days. The most recent was no disappointment! The food was very good, but the service was excellent. Every staff member was great, but Heather was especially so. Very knowledgeable about the menu, made sure we were well cared for, and was very kind. It was a positive way to start every morning while away from home.

The menu has some very unique options. The taste was ok. The poached eggs had runny whites and came out luke warm. Our server was attentive and was in process of training a new person. We mentioned our concerns to Angie and she offered to comp us for our breakfast. We said it wasn't necessary but she knew we were traveling and offered us a cup of coffee for the road which was much appreciated. I'd give them another try when driving in that area especially because of the staff.

We went for Sunday brunch, and since the restaurant doesn’t take reservations, we waited about 15 minutes before being seated. We asked for a booth because our daughter wasn’t comfortable in the high chair, and the staff was very accommodating. Ordering was easy, and the food tasted fresh and flavorful.
We tried a couple of mocktails—Purple Haze and Morning Meditation—which were just okay. However, all the main dishes were excellent. We especially enjoyed the lemon ricotta pancake, Belgian waffles, Tri Feta, Floridian French toast, and the side of potatoes. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was attentive and friendly.
Always enjoy my mornings at Fire Watch! Always busy but servers are super kind and good taste great.

Staff always pleasant, Biscuits: amazing, soups: great, coffee:fresh & perfect, fresh juices/meditation: A+++, salads were good but had one once where tasted like the romaine was from a Costco bag… that’s the only reason I took off a star. Arugula blends are good.
1/2 & 1/2 Tomato soup w /market veg sandwich is soooooo yummy!
