First time I ever had an negative experience with this Panera. My delivery driver got lost. The store called me and told me that tried to call me twice. When I explain that I never received a phone call Amanda the person I spoke to called me a liar hung up on me. I witness the delivery driver past my house twice. I have never had so much trouble just getting a cup of coffee! First it was burnt, very burnt. Then the half n half curdled. They made a new carafe....burnt! I can only imagine they added to the stuff that was in there. First of all $2 for regular coffee? It better be enjoyable. Very disappointed, as stated on facebook, I would never go back to this location. Audubon, PA.
