To everyone and anyone that goes to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Ohio River Boulevard! DONT GO! I’m drinking my caramel latte, get to the bottom of my drink and there was paper towels in it! ALLLLL at the bottom of my drink! Unacceptable! Disgusting! I called the store really didn’t do anything! Called the 800 number didn’t do nothing at all! Very, very, very poor customer service! Are you kidding me? How do you mess paper towels in the bottom of a cup?
