Could not apply coupon sent out in mail. had no idea. Left without food after sitting at window for 20 minutes. was yelled at and told to wait more. very poor and uneducated service. couldn't work cash register, nor void items. unacceptable and corporate doesn't care either. avoid at all costs.
The staff is usually rude, all through the pandemic they all kept their masks down below their noses… Went through today to grab Frosty’s because that’s the only thing I ever buy there because the food is awful. The 2 boys cooking food had no masks on and all of the girls at the drive-through windows only had their mouth covered.
Rude, dirty, unprofessional. Every time they screw up an order you have to immediately go back through the drive-through… if you get home...read full review
