First, they tried to serve my daughter a drink from the cooler that was over 2 years expired. Then when our appetizers came out our breaded mushrooms were frozen in the middle. They brought out a hamburger for my daughter and did not give us fries until we pointed out that it was on the menu. That meal came out 15 mins before the rest of our food. The prices are through the roof as well and the price is definitely not reflected in the quality of food.

ok. once upon a time i thought this place was good. tonight we had dinner there and apparently we werent the only ones w issues as i observed other patrons. their food looked good. we got this horrible salad. the waitress seemed like she was out in left field. some things i heard her say shouldnt be spoken in front of customers. i didnt care for the pizza. it wasnt even visually apealing. it used to be good. i dont know what happened in the last 4 years. every time i suggest avis oip to my husband he says no. staff behind the counter seemed pretty cool. there were kids helping out there. and im sorry the little girl was very pleasant but should not be wearing shorts to help out w customers.. anyhow. best of luck in the futureParking: parking is limited.Wheelchair accessibility: there needs to be better handicapped access. its a big step out front for someone with mobility issues and no way someone in a wheelchair can even enter.

Our order was delivered right on time from the Avis restaurant. Ummmm...the pleasant aroma of pizza spices followed the box. What a mouth-watering sight when we opened the box of a large, delectable, perfectly golden brown stromboli presented on crisp white paper, complete with a container of sauce. The stromboli tasted even better then it looked & smelled.Delicate tasty crust filled with quality meats, cheese, veggies & packed with flavor. Culinary artistry is alive & well at OIP Avis!
Disrespectful. Italian punch in the face. Ordered a cheesecake and it came out freezer burned! When I asked to have it deducted, he slammed open the freezer door and commented, "coming from the freezer, it's gonna have ice on it!!" Terrible. No italian authenticity at all!

In avis for a doctors appointment this day we got kinda hungry and only had 3 options within walking distance. One location be a gas station, the other a bar with no handicap accessible entrance ( go figure 2022 and we still are dealing with this type of discrimination) and OIP. After attempting the later choice we headed to oips. Needless to say it was the same bogus situation. No handicap accessible entrance. The owner insisted on using a board which seem super unsafe for such a heavy chair. We eventually got inside and seated. The only had cans of soda and water so pick your poison I suppose. The menu looked good but seem awfully prices. Only option for pizza was a small no slices and that will net you $14. We ordered a small pizza and the special manicotti. We waited and ultimately decided to leave early and get it to go at no fault of the establishment. As I go to pay something caught my eye and had me absolutely horrified... Tons of what looked like raw chicken sitting on a table... only the owner and perhaps his wife working.... Needless to say that had me super worried because if chicken is left out ... what else is being improperly stored....The pizza was okay seemed a little under cooked but I digress. The pasta was thrown out as it had an off taste to it. I am not trying to past the staff they seemed like good people but.... we probably will not return to this location sadly .

Staff are always pleasant but the food is mediocre, at best. For some reason, we keep going back to try them thinking it will be better and nope, never is. The OIP in Mill Hall is phenomenal and your better off making the drive there if you are local. $30 for 2 cheesesteaks and mozzarella sticks that were not done. Save your money.
