Upon arriving to the Clinton county fair in 2024 with my girlfriend we saw the lemonade stand titled Roger’s Lemonade and we ordered a tanker of lemonade. At the beginning it seemed the guy was unhappy and rude to me and was not the nicest. We went back later for a refill and for a last refill a while later. Each time the owner was less and less enthusiastic to be there and plain unhappy. When we finished the refill we went to throw away the half of a lemon and noticed a fruit fly in the lemon. When going to the owner to calmly ask for a refund and we showed him the fly he took it furiously and dumbed out the fly and said it was our word against his. He down right refused to give us our money back. We spent $10 for the tanker, $4 for the first refill and $4 for the second and final refill. We spent nearly $20 at this guys stand and would’ve been happy with just a $4 refund for that last refill. He accused us of putting the fly in there and was all out right nasty towards us. I’ve never seen anything like it for customer service and ruining a reputation he just started that day. Nothing could be done because he is the owner but people need to know just how nasty he was.
