I walked around on the grounds to be able to see this grand mansion. It's amazing to think of all of the history that happened on this property generations ago.
It goes back to when the Conoy Indians 1st settled in this area. (Conoy Indian town Settlement)
Harvard Professor Roger Thomas and Christopher Haefner, discoverer of the new life form from the Lower Cambrian Age Kinzers shale; Yorkicystis haefneri, discuss the new revelation of the significance of the Skolithis worm burrows, first found by Samuel Haldeman.
It's under restoration at the moment but the caretakers we're extremely friendly and let us see the downstairs and gave us a very historically detailed proper tour of the site, great place to walk around and picnic too. We are definitely donating to help keep the place open for the public, it's too much history to disappear ❤️?
