“My daughter found this coffee shop online and we decided to give it a try and I am so glad that we did. The owner is absolutely fantastic. She has such a wonderful, bubbly and outgoing personality. The muffins are wonderful. I'm sure everything else as far as food is amazing as well. My daughter and I both got a latte iced and it was probably one of the best lattes I've ever had. The espresso that she uses is so smooth. The ice latte was not overbearing in flavor. It was absolutely perfect! It was so good I came back the following day and will continue to come back anytime I need a coffee fix.Parking: Parking right out front large shared lot.”

“My husband and I like stopping at The First Post for drinks or sometimes an afternoon lunch. The atmosphere is nice and the food is great! We also love that they have multiple beers on tap to sample. We were sad to find out that they have done away with beer flights. Hopefully they reconsider this decision. Flights is one of our favorite ways to sample the various beers. Luckily, our bartender Brandon was nice enough to re-create a flight for us, even though they technically do not serve them anymore. Great service!”

“This was a new place to me since this wasn't here before I moved away. I asked someone walking by (I thought they was walking by) if they ever had it and if it was any good. They raved about it so I decided to try it. Was pricier then I was expecting but the all of the workers was wonderful. I had a half cheesesteak hoagie combo minus green peppers with mozzarella cheese instead of american. The fries was nice and crisp but not too crisp and they was not too salty. Which was refreshing because i don't like them too salty. I also ordered a side of scramble eggs. While I was gone the only way I could have a cheesesteak is if I made it. So it was refreshing to not have to make it myself. I was beyond happy with the food and service I even requested to speak to their cook and I promised it was nothing bad. I had to give my praise. Everyone was so wonderful and welcomed everyone. However they tend to close early or so I have noticed when I tried to go back again. I highly recommend this place and I will be definitely be going back. They do accommodate ppl if they need special accommodations without even batting an eye and not look at you any differently so don't be worried if you have to ask. Diningroom and bathroom is kept extremely clean. Keep up the awesome work you guys.Kid-friendliness: Yes nice relaxed and positive atmosphere for all ages to dine at.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all leveled ground so easy entrance for all to go in.”

“Fantastic food a great service. The drinks (mango mojito and Chai martini) were so good. The owner came to our table and exuded hospitality.Adding an update: Dinner was again delicious. Some of what we had: the shrimp appetizer, fish curry, the Indo Chicken, and a Mango Martini. The personal touch of being checked on by the owner and chef is unmatched in downtown York.”

Thank you to all of the staff.Nearby activities: The Railroad House has room available for overnight stays. The restaurant/bar serves great food. The menu changes seasonally. The town of Marietta is quaint and full of charm. There is a nice riverside trail and the location is along the non-navigable section of the Susquehanna River. Great place to spot birds.Safety: The town is full of people born and raised in Marietta. They take great pride in their community.Walkability: The town has sidewalks throughout most of the town. Speed limit for cars is 25mph.Food & drinks: The menu is upscale and very good. Wonderful beer and cocktail selection. There are a number of eating establishments in town. Each has their own unique vibe.”

“My husband and I ventured into York city this evening. Found street parking.We started out with the shrimp and crab egg rolls. Excellent appetizer. My husband got the side salad, which was very fresh . He enjoyed it very much. He also had a nice cold beer.We both had the seafood linguini. It was so tasty, full of scallops, shrimp, clams and mussels. The broth was so creamy and buttery. I also had some toasted bread as an extraOur server was on the spot. Excellent service. “This place is amazing. Hidden gem. Owner is so, so nice. Everything is made to order andfresh. We ordered 6 beef, 6 chicken empanadas and two orders of homemade cheese fries. The cheese fries portions could feed multiple people. Very generous on the portion sizes. Worth the money. Incredible flavors. Husband liked the beef empanadas and I enjoyed the chicken ones. The empanadas aren't crunchy or oily, they're soft and perfect. The only issue that we had was that in the chicken empanadas, husband bit into and pulled out two large bones. He nearly choked. But.. the five star rating review still stands. The establishment is next to the McDonald's and across the street from the laundromat. Has plenty of parking and there's also seating outside. We will be returning for more.”

I ordered online so I didn't notice a wait but when I say I would wait the hour and pay more than what they are charging for these sandwiches I mean it.
