“Very friendly and comfortable environment. Great pastries and coffee drinks. Expect to wait in line though because, apparently, I am not the only one who feels this way. Gluten free options for me.”

“The place has a very unique look and feel but the staff was welcoming.

There is street parking but we later saw a parking lot around the other side of the building. It probably would have been easier to park in the lot. The street was fairly crowded.

The bartender was working both the bar and the dining room and she was super busy but she checked on us a few times and we never really found ourselves waiting too long for anything.

The dining room was separated from the bar area so that's good.

This was our first time here.

We showed up for the wings which are top notch. Super saucy, cooked well, and tasty.

The cowboy fries where a table favorite. Boardwalk style fries with shaved beef, brown gravy, and cheese.

The buffalo fried shrimp a table favorite. Simple... Fried shrimp covered in buffalo sauce.

Very good beer battered onion rings. Not that bread crumb crappy stuff.

We had a party of 4 and everyone was happy with the food and the cocktails.

No complaining from us about anything. We will return for food some time again in the future.”

“Today, had lunch at The First Post in York, PA. The place is nice and spacious, located on East Market Street. Our party of four shared a ravioli appetizer and had French Onion soup. Both were delicious!!! Easily the best French Onion soup I've eaten!!! For lunch, we each had something different. My Aunt had Salmon Salad. My wife had The Post Steak Sandwich with fries. Our son had the Blackened Shrimp Alfredo. I settled for.the Fish & Chips!! Each of us loved our meals - taking at least half home!! The portions were enormous!!! To wrap up, we decided on some dessert. My Aunt and wife had the Creme Brulee. My son and I had the Chocolate Reese Cake Tort. So good!!!! Service was phenomenal!! If in the York, PA area, you MUST stop in and eat up!!!”

I got a Caeser salad, added chicken and onion. & it’s incredible!! Absolutely worth the money 🫶🏼 & Honorable mention of my favorite pizza to get from them - the Big Mac pizza. “Had lunch today, the fried salmon bites with men in the kitchen sauce is a 10+ for appetizer, also had the sunken crab cake in the Moore's seafood soup, another winner. This place is one you should check out, the staff are friendly and answered any questions we had since this was the first time here. It's tucked away on the back parking lot located off of Ryan Run Road , just off of Stillmeadow Ln. Definitely a place to try.”

“I’m no fan of sushi, so I can’t speak to that, but I LOVE hot-and-sour soup. I’ve been disappointed with the soup at several other restaurants in the area, but Wild Ginger’s version of it is PHENOMENAL! Loaded with wonderful stock and truly having a sour taste with a subtle kick of spicy. (It’s surprising how many restaurants do not have both.) I could have made a meal out of it. Will definitely be back.”
