“My daughter found this coffee shop online and we decided to give it a try and I am so glad that we did. The owner is absolutely fantastic. She has such a wonderful, bubbly and outgoing personality. The muffins are wonderful. I'm sure everything else as far as food is amazing as well. My daughter and I both got a latte iced and it was probably one of the best lattes I've ever had. The espresso that she uses is so smooth. The ice latte was not overbearing in flavor. It was absolutely perfect! It was so good I came back the following day and will continue to come back anytime I need a coffee fix.Parking: Parking right out front large shared lot.”

“I recently dined at this location and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The server, Julie, was wonderful. Attentive and informative, while being unobtrusive. The ribs and baked beans were quite good. The baked beans had huge tender pieces of pork in them. I kind of wish I had ordered a plate of those! The little things, like refilling water and providing extra napkins and wipes, were attended to without interrupting the table. We had great service. Sometimes, even with a good meal, the service can make it a not-so-good experience. Prices have gone up since the last time I was here, but I left feeling as though I got my money’s worth. This was just a nice meal out.”

“Mom's great home cooking with reasonable pricing. Usually busiest for breakfast so prepare to wait 20 min most days, especially weekends. If you want less noise, eat in the back dining area as the front tends to be louder from the kitchen and the seats are smaller and closer together.”

“This was a new place to me since this wasn't here before I moved away. I asked someone walking by (I thought they was walking by) if they ever had it and if it was any good. They raved about it so I decided to try it. Was pricier then I was expecting but the all of the workers was wonderful. I had a half cheesesteak hoagie combo minus green peppers with mozzarella cheese instead of american. The fries was nice and crisp but not too crisp and they was not too salty. Which was refreshing because i don't like them too salty. I also ordered a side of scramble eggs. While I was gone the only way I could have a cheesesteak is if I made it. So it was refreshing to not have to make it myself. I was beyond happy with the food and service I even requested to speak to their cook and I promised it was nothing bad. I had to give my praise. Everyone was so wonderful and welcomed everyone. However they tend to close early or so I have noticed when I tried to go back again. I highly recommend this place and I will be definitely be going back. They do accommodate ppl if they need special accommodations without even batting an eye and not look at you any differently so don't be worried if you have to ask. Diningroom and bathroom is kept extremely clean. “Super cute ice cream shop. Has dairy free soft serve and milkshakes, which is such a rare thing! The dairy free vanilla soft serve tastes so much like real soft serve (which I haven’t had in almost a decade due to finding out I’m allergic) but now I’m not missing out! Delicious! Staff is super friendly, very clean dine in area, portion sizes are huge for the price!”

“Some of the best jaegerschnitzel i've had in years. Absolutely no shovies or pete. Make sure you get a chance to meet the owner Jerry Bauhuse, very friendly guy and always serves the customers with a smile. Don't forget to visit 83 times, as the reward is an $83 dollar gift card.”

“I stopped at the Pizza Shop a few years ago because my "go to" pizza shop was closed. The staff are great, always joking around when I come in. Their pizza, cheese steak subs, and calzone have the other pizza shops beat hands down. I have not been to the "other' pizza shop since that day and don't plan on it. If you are craving pizza or subs this is definitely the place to go!! You won't be disappointed!!”

Thank you to all of the staff.Nearby activities: The Railroad House has room available for overnight stays. The restaurant/bar serves great food. The menu changes seasonally. The town of Marietta is quaint and full of charm. There is a nice riverside trail and the location is along the non-navigable section of the Susquehanna River. Great place to spot birds.Safety: The town is full of people born and raised in Marietta. They take great pride in their community.Walkability: The town has sidewalks throughout most of the town. Speed limit for cars is 25mph.Food & drinks: The menu is upscale and very good. Wonderful beer and cocktail selection. There are a number of eating establishments in town. Each has their own unique vibe.”

“I've looked all over York for a good chill place to study and get work done, and I can definitively say, in my book, this is THE spot. Really nice variety of comfy seating and they keep the upstairs quiet (no music playing) to make it a good work environment. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, and to top it all off, they make good coffee too! I've become a regular :)”

“This place is amazing. Hidden gem. Owner is so, so nice. Everything is made to order andfresh. We ordered 6 beef, 6 chicken empanadas and two orders of homemade cheese fries. The cheese fries portions could feed multiple people. Very generous on the portion sizes. Worth the money. Incredible flavors. Husband liked the beef empanadas and I enjoyed the chicken ones. The empanadas aren't crunchy or oily, they're soft and perfect. The only issue that we had was that in the chicken empanadas, husband bit into and pulled out two large bones. He nearly choked. But.. the five star rating review still stands. The establishment is next to the McDonald's and across the street from the laundromat. Has plenty of parking and there's also seating outside. We will be returning for more.”
