“I love this place and food is wonderful. That being said I ate a cheesesteak sub the other day and got food poisoning. Idk if the meat wasn’t kept at proper temperature or what the sandwich tasted good but apparently it was not. Just wanted to let you know so if you have any other ppl that got sick.”
“This small diner is always full, the food and servers have been there a long time which tells me the owners are great to work for. The breakfast is great and reasonably priced. We love it!”
“I always love going there for their drink specials and I love the bartenders there It depends on the crowd sometimes they're super loud or if they have concerts but the food is really great and they offer a great selection of beers ”
“I've eaten here since before it was bought and transformed and let me tell you, they did an excellent job making this place look gorgeous!! I haven't had bad food there yet and the same goes for drinks. It's a little pricey, but a very nice place and worth the money. I highly recommend it!”
“Hands down the best diner experience i have had in the past 30 years, I ate at diners from lancaster county up to fort drum new york . This is my Favorite of all time . I would recommend the chipped beef . Its phenomenal ?.Also taking home a quart of Daryl ham nd bean. The dining experience from the moment you walk in till you leave is nothing short of the best you could ask for . The waitress Tina is very friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best dining experience . The owner and the cook , walk out to Greet you and make sure all is above and beyond .5 stars are not enough . To say how great this place is .”
“A must-visit featuring a delicious food and drink menu, relaxing indoor and outdoor atmosphere, and beautiful art and products available for purchase created by local vendors. I’m from out of the area and make sure to come here every time I’m in town!Definitely try the cronuts and hash bowl!”
“Amazing breakfast sandwiches on fresh bagels. Great variety of drinks. We drive out from Lancaster as a special treat every few weeks though once we went three mornings in a row because it’s just too damn good.”
“Got 2 sushi rolls and Miso soup for my first time at this spot. Food was so good and didn’t weigh me down the rest of the day. Had egg rolls as well. They have really good lunch specials and the employees are super nice. Definitely need to come back when I’m able to.Vegetarian options: Lots of fish and veggie optionsKid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy sushiWheelchair accessibility: Yes”
“My daughter found this coffee shop online and we decided to give it a try and I am so glad that we did. The owner is absolutely fantastic. She has such a wonderful, bubbly and outgoing personality. The muffins are wonderful. I'm sure everything else as far as food is amazing as well. My daughter and I both got a latte iced and it was probably one of the best lattes I've ever had. The espresso that she uses is so smooth. The ice latte was not overbearing in flavor. It was absolutely perfect! It was so good I came back the following day and will continue to come back anytime I need a coffee fix.Parking: Parking right out front large shared lot.”
“We bought their chocolate chip cookies at 1030, and my wife has eaten them all. Their milk is delcious and the thier staff is always friendly and helpful.I love the chocolate milk!!!A must go!!”
“My husband and I like stopping at The First Post for drinks or sometimes an afternoon lunch. The atmosphere is nice and the food is great! We also love that they have multiple beers on tap to sample. We were sad to find out that they have done away with beer flights. Hopefully they reconsider this decision. Flights is one of our favorite ways to sample the various beers. Luckily, our bartender Brandon was nice enough to re-create a flight for us, even though they technically do not serve them anymore. Great service!”
“I enjoyed the beans. Really pleasant surprise. The brisket was pretty good, but they need a smoky, slightly spicy Worcestershire based dip for it per this Texans opinion. Must say the jalapeno jam and cornbread are out of this world. The waitress was not friendly, so there's that. Sooooo worth it! Great job guys!”
“Came to have breakfast with my daughter. Very nice inside! Somewhat small for how many people visit at a time. They had 3 ladies working and they were Working hard and so friendly! The place is very clean and welcoming. The bathrooms are very clean and pretty. I had the avocado toast, which for $11 was worth it. Everything was fresh and clean. The bread had a buttery taste. My daughter wanted a chocolate muffin which she ate it all lol and we ordered sugar toast. Which was yummy ! I ordered a mint chocolate matcha which we both enjoyed ! Would definitely visit again !”
“Mom's great home cooking with reasonable pricing. Usually busiest for breakfast so prepare to wait 20 min most days, especially weekends. If you want less noise, eat in the back dining area as the front tends to be louder from the kitchen and the seats are smaller and closer together.”
“Ordered pickup here. The staff was super friendly! I went in and the interior looks gorgeous. Need to come back and sit inside. There had lots of curry dishes as well as Thai. The price wasn’t too bad either for this kind of food! Great value and taste!Vegetarian options: Lots of options aside from the meat optionsParking: Gotta pay for parking on streetKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible”
“This was a new place to me since this wasn't here before I moved away. I asked someone walking by (I thought they was walking by) if they ever had it and if it was any good. They raved about it so I decided to try it. Was pricier then I was expecting but the all of the workers was wonderful. I had a half cheesesteak hoagie combo minus green peppers with mozzarella cheese instead of american. The fries was nice and crisp but not too crisp and they was not too salty. Which was refreshing because i don't like them too salty. I also ordered a side of scramble eggs. While I was gone the only way I could have a cheesesteak is if I made it. So it was refreshing to not have to make it myself. I was beyond happy with the food and service I even requested to speak to their cook and I promised it was nothing bad. I had to give my praise. Everyone was so wonderful and welcomed everyone. However they tend to close early or so I have noticed when I tried to go back again. I highly recommend this place and I will be definitely be going back. They do accommodate ppl if they need special accommodations without even batting an eye and not look at you any differently so don't be worried if you have to ask. Diningroom and bathroom is kept extremely clean. Keep up the awesome work you guys.Kid-friendliness: Yes nice relaxed and positive atmosphere for all ages to dine at.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all leveled ground so easy entrance for all to go in.”
“If you want one of the best cups of coffee this is where you need to be. No frills, no garbage in their drinks and non of that fake sugar. A genuine cup of coffee! Highly recommend!”
“They have hands down the best pizza around in etown and it’s not even close I just tried there cheesesteak best I have ever had the flavor in the steak is amazing highly ”
“It's very hard to find a bakery that makes sugar free items. Rise and Bake makes wonderful sugar free apple dumplings. My husband loves them!Dietary restrictions: Sugar free”
“I found this lovely place the other day and have been back three times now. Both the dirty Chai and the regular Chai latte are delicious and always the same standard. The staff is kind and attentive and the atmosphere is quite and peaceful.”
“We had a fantastic dinner here! The service was perfect! We truly enjoyed the raw seafood tower. Our dinners of seafood pasta and scallops in pesto sauce were delicious.”
“We had our wedding reception here and everyone (from 18 - 95 in age) raved about the food and the service. Thank you to all of the staff.Nearby activities: The Railroad House has room available for overnight stays. The restaurant/bar serves great food. The menu changes seasonally. The town of Marietta is quaint and full of charm. There is a nice riverside trail and the location is along the non-navigable section of the Susquehanna River. Great place to spot birds.Safety: The town is full of people born and raised in Marietta. They take great pride in their community.Walkability: The town has sidewalks throughout most of the town. Speed limit for cars is 25mph.Food & drinks: The menu is upscale and very good. Wonderful beer and cocktail selection. There are a number of eating establishments in town. Each has their own unique vibe.”
“Beautiful set up ,husband and i have come several times .The improvements are nice but i admires the smaller setup it .All around I recommend stopping if its your type of food.”
“DiMaria's is one of the best pizzarias around with the best environment the nicest workers and the best food. Nothing will ever compare to this place! Their wings are to DIE for I swear!!”
“I'm giving a 5 star because of the people & the atmosphere. Also the lightest BEST quiche and delicious Shepherds pie!! The pastries are delicious as well...For someone who is big on hospitality, every time I go in here it feels like a welcoming neighborhood gathering Spot. At the counter, you are always welcomed by a polite hello or good morning from Kathy and Alan the chef, will often times come out to the front to greet customers as well. You just can't find that small town mannerly service many places anymore. Friday night dinners are posted on Thursday in the store and you have to call ahead to order one and get a time slot. if you're looking for that small town feel where it seems like everybody knows everyone then I highly recommend Paulette's.”
“One of the best tasting ice cream, the service was superb with a smile on their face :DI still think about the teaberry icecream I had last August. Highly recommended, do give it a shot when you are in town. Vegetarian options: No meatDietary restrictions: Good vegan options.Parking: Good location to parkKid-friendliness: The staff seems to love kids, they are amazing?Wheelchair accessibility: It is very accessible as it is outdoors”
“Where do I begin... lord have mercy this place was AMAZING!!!!!! GILLIAN our waitress was AMAZING!!! the food was AMAZING!!!! It was just such an incredible experience. I've been to some "fancy" restaurants and this hidden gem blew our minds. I recommend this restaurant 100000%.”
“Wow! This place was amazing. The food and drink were unbelievable! Everything is made to order, so it takes a little longer but is totally worth the wait. I got the battle bagel and a carmel macchiato. My mom got the Jacked up spud crepe and a chocolate covered strawberry drink. Because this is also a bakery, we got some cookies and a cinnamon bun to go. The cookies were some of the best from a bakery I have ever had. Next time, I would heat the cinnamon roll just a bit, and it would be so much better. The location is preety good too. This place is right across the bridge from the river trail.Update: My mom got a carrot cake cheesecake for our easter dinner here. It was fabulous! Worth every penny, we will be back for more!!”
“Tried for the first time and didn't know what to expect. Go inside the restaurant and it has a nice dining room. Ordered my food before getting there, so it was ready when I got there. The food was awesome! Flavorful! I definitely recommend.”
“Came here for a tournament, decided to eat. Italian food is my favorite, I had the touch of Italy. Loved the stuffed shell, lasagna, etc. Quick food, asked if I needed a refill, clean cute place. Overall great experience. 11/10”
